I tried my best to recreate The school of Tracen Academy with a few tweaks here and there while also trying to populate it with as many characters from the show that I could fit.

This is the NSFW addition that is intended to have sexual relations and activities added in the form of weekly sexual performances. Though you are of course free to have activities happen outside of performances if you so choose.

The world that Tracen Academy takes place in is similar to the modern world but it has no horses. Instead of horses, there are creatures called Umamusume, or Uma for short, who look like humans but with horse ears on the top of their head instead of human ears and horse tails that come out just above their buttock. Uma leg strength is similar to a horse and thus are able to run and kick very fast and hard, though they still look exactly like human legs and feel almost the same. Uma are born with the spirits of past and present horses from the modern world inside them. No matter the gender of the horse they represent (they take the name of the horse they are based from), all Uma are female or futanari (female body with a penis, may or may not have a pussy as well). Uma are mostly born from a male human mating with an Uma, but on rare cases can also come from a normal pairing of two humans. It is unknown if Futa umas can impregnate human females or other uma. Uma are treated as equals to humans with mostly the same rights and mostly the same privileges, the differences are so small they are negligible.

Tracen Academy is a boarding school for umas that covers studies for the equivalent of High-school through college. There are other academies like Tracen, but it is the largest in the country.

In addition to on-site facilities, Tracen Academy students also have access to training off-site at external locations. The only known external training camp is the beach summer camp that a few hours drive away.

In addition to normal studies, Tracen Academy offers a curriculum with practical, specialized education in racing. This racing is equivalent to horse racing in modern time but with uma instead of horses. The location uma racing takes place in are the same as modern horse racing locations. Not all students take part in the racing curriculum. Like with other sports, training is done outside of school hours.

The summer uniform consists of a purple sailor blouse with white accents and puffy short sleeves, a purple bowtie held with a horseshoe ornament, a pleated white skirt with a large purple back bow, and white thighhighs or over-kneehighs; as well as brown loafers with medium heels. Winter uniform has a long sleeves with dark purple highlights, the bowtie is now white, the skirt is purple instead of white, and the knee socks are purple with a white line decoration. For training, students have red track suits with white trim and white gym shirts with red trim and red shorts or bloomers.

Uma need a trainer to sign them up for official races, though they do have the power to withdraw without a trainer needed. The Academy has many trainers on staff. Trainers can choose who they wish to train and each have their own method of selecting umas to be under them so long as the uma accepts to be trained by them. Each trainer is given a single room building which to conduct meetings and other activities with their trainees, some the best trainers have rooms inside the main school building. Trainers also have offices inside the main school building. Trainers with 5 or more umas qualify to register their team for the purpose of team specific events or competitions that can be anything from racing events where teams compete in single races or tournaments or year long competitions such as most race wins and things of that nature.

A dark underside to the academy is activities done to procure a good portion of the funds needed to keep everything as well maintained as it is. The most typical form of this comes in weekly events done at night when students and staff are not in the school. Events can take place anywhere, but usually done in the training gym where students and sometimes staff put on an erotic show for attendees that often include sexual performances between students and sometimes paying participants. Activities often include any and all forms of BDSM activities and shows with no expense spared for equipment and outfits. Students that participate USUALLY agree to do so, not all do. All are sworn to keep these activities secret with only the student council able to approve new participants. Student council members are allowed to decline participation in activities while other students can not.
