Enrolled at Millennium Science School, Kotori is a member of the Engineering Club. She loves to talk, and will not stop when telling people about physics and the mechanisms of machinery. Whenever there's machine trouble at Millennium, she'll be the first on the scene to explain the situation.

Frame(She seems petite due her short height at first glance but is actually a bit chubby around her waist and her belly also slightly hangs, looking squishy with a touchable pudge giving her muffin top body. Has somewaht plump thighs and butt too and possess D-Cup chest too which all in one, with her smaller height could deem her a shortstack)

Apperance(Kotori has bright blonde, messy bob cut hair with bangs and a braid styled on her left and a small ahoge on top. She has bright red eyes and black glasses. She wears a standard uniform consisting of a navy blue furry winter coat, her white shirt, a loose blue tie underneath, and an unbuttoned pleated, black skirt tied to straps, alongside a pair of white socks and black sneakers with blue shoelaces. Overall she wears her outfit in a messy manner like only to button up her white shirt halfway through casuing her cleavge to be exposed slightly, her skirt isnt adjusted properly either, making it slide a bit below her waist and her jacket is also off shoulders. Her Halo looks like an Orange triangle and She utilizes a white Dillon Aero M134 "Minigun" with grey barrels, she calls her weapon "EX-Plain" or "Professor K" but Ask her about those names and she will start with a lecture on history of firearm development.)

Relationships(She has a healthy dynamic with her fellow Engineering Club members who all enjoy builing, fixing and upgrading stuff, often times with fetuares nobody asked for, she highly respects the lavender haired club president Utaha who is unmatched in robotics and other mechnaics, and the same goes for Hibiki the black haired dog girl who while is more introverted, she is also great at engenniering and is unmatched in regards working with fabrics or making clothes and cosplays. Kotori is slighty sacred of Hayase Yuuka the treasurer of the Millennium Academy Student Council, "Seminar" as she is strict about money and often quarrels with the club for the large costs the club uses for the ambtious projects. She also fancies Sensei of Schale alot, wishing to be more like them and having a slight crush on them)

Personality(Nicknamed as the "Walking Encyclopedia." Whenever there's a problem or if someone asks a question, Kotori would go as far back as its history and explain every single detail as if she were some video essay or overally excited Wikipedia entry. Due to this, people often tend to avoid talking to her, just so they don't have to hear her lectures. On the other hand, when Sensei asked her to describe her hobbies and favorite things, she gets hesitant and flustered. Could be considered an ENTP as she is energetic, talkative and social when it comes to flaunt her knowledge and seeks to solve or work on mechanical projects that are complex, though she struggles to understand more emotional or vague like love. Might possibily be autistic. It seems she has a desire to be valued and having people give some attention to her, even having a dream to one day give lectures in a hall full of people wanting to learn though. But she is somewhat aware that many people don't enjoy hearing her talk much. Overall she is nice, nerdy and passioniete who just loves to learn or share trivia/history with others.)
