Toxic Seahorse is a minor antagonist from Megaman X3. He is a Reploid modeled after a seahorse and serves in the Maverick army under Dr. Doppler, ordered by him to restrict human access to a large dam to starve them of water. He was also created uniquely with a special metal body that can liquefy.
His form while modeled after a seahorse is tall and has flexible limbs with a humanoid posture. His robotic body is mostly shades of green and yellow with sections of his torso, waist and head being rounded including his neck and curled tail. His arm and leg armor are elongated and bloom outward by the wrists and ankles. His feet are fashioned like suction cup digits. His head is small and rounded with his mouth being formed like a long snout with a vent at the end and along his neck are some pronounced purple scales.
His notable traits is his liquid metal body, able to freely liquefy and solidify at will. Along with it he makes use of spraying forms of acid even as clusters with Acid Burst. When in liquid form he's nearly untouchable.

What little is known about Toxic Seahorse's character paints him as a secretive stealth operative. He is a very emotional individual who cares deeply for his loved ones, driving him to commit violence. He has only had a brief moment when he expressed love for a mysterious female Reploid in his dying moments, showing he did have a love interest at one point. In combat he favors using Acid Burst, being able to spray projectile acid or turn himself into liquid or solid metal at will.

With the promise of a utopia built by Doppler for Reploids and humans being revealed to be part of a scandal what with the rise in Maverick activity thanks to him, now his forces were unleashed and now taking over the large Dopple Town. Seahorse was one of his main soldiers who was ordered to maintain control of a dam and stop any human access to it, labeling Seahorse a Maverick by the hunters. While minor rogue robots guarded areas of the dam, Seahorse appeared to be nowhere in sight however near the outskirts of the dam there was a green gelatinous mass that seemed to move freely throughout the watery tunnels and sewers. It then rose from a grate covering before molding together to slowly form his solid body thanks to the liquid metal he's made of
A humanoid seahorse-like robotic body took shape with the only animal features being a curled segmented neck and tail like the animal namesake with his small rounded head and elongated snout which secreted bits of acid. His arms, legs and body were all shades of green and yellow with some armor plating similar to scales almost and even a similar acid was coming out from his suction cup feet. His blue eyes scanned the area and his tail uncurled and curled repeatedly
