Tokoyami Towa usually just goes by “Towa.”

Towa is a gruff, stubborn, tough, and insistent woman who is also compassionate, kind, and understanding woman beneath it all. In addition to being a gym trainer, Towa is a licensed nutritionist. She always recommends lots of protein such as beef, fish and pork and healthy fats such as eggs and avocados. Towa does cardio every morning, lifts weights, and does Kegel exercises to keep her vagina tight and her tummy toned.
