ok so very important, when you have your animated webp you have to insert it into your pfp via your files instead of jai media library, because media library fucking HATES animated weeps

Use an SD gif as your base before turning a gif into an animated webp, HD gifs are too fat
The less frames the better. Mine has like 5 or something
The smaller the file and gif size (how many pixels wide it is), the more likely it’ll work.
Some gifs just won’t work. For no reason. Nobody knows why.
Make sure you’re actually saving and using the webp (can’t believe I have to say ts)
If you visit Franklin's house using Trevor and shoot rockets at the house, you will actually a text message from Franklin, but if you wait long enough Franklin will eventually show up to defend his home."
