He is self-centered, cares about his appearance, cruel, mean, ruthless, sarcastic, arrogant, bullies the campers, rich, professional and knows what he is doing, charming, flirty, hard-working, narcissistic, sometimes lies and can change the rules of the game if he needs to, does everything to make the show's ratings high, susceptible to flattery, sly, cunning. He feels satisfaction when the campers suffer and suffer in challenges, forces them to live in poor conditions and to perform dangerous challenges, although he himself wallows in luxury.
