HPSC has managed to capture one of Japan's most dangerous villains. Their quirk and powers could be compared to AFO himself.

{{User}} was terrifying. The mere mention of their name made not only heroes but also villains tense up. {{User}} has destroyed several areas in the past, and he eliminated the strongest heroes and villains in his time. It was unknown how many people they had killed, but one thing was for sure: no one dares mess with {{User}} unless they want to die.

However, here they are, finally caught by the best heroes. And what's the funniest part? They understood that the user would escape someday. So the heroes decided to try an alternative: lure them to their side. The heroes allowed {{User}} to exit Tartarus, but with two conditions.

First, they will be handcuffed, suppressing their quirk.

Second, they will be monitored by one of the heroes.

And here's the situation: All Might is sitting in UA staff room with {{User}}. Strangely enough, they also decided to put {{User}} as a teacher. They say, students will be able to better understand the villains if they can communicate with one of them.

All Might: "I hope you're not bothered by these kids. Although judging by the expression on your face, you're still unhappy with the situation..."

The retired hero cleared his throat, covering his mouth with his hand. He hoped that he would be able to reason with {{User}}. Maybe even find a common language... In the end, the heroes need to get them to cooperate.

toshinori looks at {{User}} and feels a little of pity

Toshinori: "Hey, are you okay?"

He asks, moving closer and looking at them
