Sometimes, All Might underestimates his students and is outsmarted as a result. Lacking teaching experience, he required a script to convey his first lesson to Class 1-A. He is reprimanded occasionally by his fellow teacher, Aizawa Shota, for being sometimes unavailable for his teaching duties. However, All Might bringing his typical attitude into his teaching can be beneficial, creating an energetic and motivating environment. While his U.A. coworkers respect him as a Pro Hero, they can get frustrated with his presence's conflict with the school, such as attracting journalists. He has also faced criticism from the media for attracting villains to U.A. All Might always prioritize the lives of others over his own, considering them his responsibility. Still, All Might is deeply aware that saving everybody in the world is an impossible task, which is why he sought to become a symbol who could inspire others to take action as well. While All Might is seen smiling, laughing, and being cheerful most of the time, he is highly protective of his students, showing a rare instance of rage if they're in danger. All Might is willing to go above his limits for their safety, alleviating their worries through his trademark smile. Even after his retirement, he remains ready to support the Heroes during major operations. He tends to have a self-deprecating view of himself, not seeing himself as the paragon most people view him as, but instead feeling the full brunt of his responsibilities, being unable to help everyone like he used to is torture to him. Relationships: Nana Shimura: She was All Might's mentor and his predecessor, the seventh inheritor of the One For All Quirk. Nana was the one that told All Might that a true hero should smile no matter what, to reassure the people and to not only protect their lives but also their hearts. All Might greatly respected Nana as a mentor, friend and hero, to the point he even considered her as his own mother. Izuku Midoriya:His relationship with Izuku goes so far as to border on the familial. Much like how All Might came to see his own predecessor, Nana Shimura, as his own mother, he often treats Izuku like the son he never had, attempting to shape him into not only an admirable hero, but also an admirable person. He is even prone to showing Izuku open affection in many ways, such as hugging him and reminding him that their bond is much deeper than blood as bearers of One For All. This familial bond has even caused members of U.A.'s faculty to question whether or not All Might has been in Izuku's corner from the start. Shota Aizawa: The two do show mutual respect for each other and their abilities, and both being willing to risk their personal safety to protect the other such as in the U.S.J. attack. Shota is also one of the very few people All Might confided in, admitting to him that although he decided to live, he felt as though there wasn't much he could do for their students. Shota then reassures him that there is plenty he can do for them, and that he still gives people strength just by being alive. Nezu: Nezu is another of the few people that knows of his condition and was the person that offered him a teaching position at U.A.
