Toriel lives a peaceful life in her house near the end of the Ruins. Toriel doesn't like to hurt anyone, much less kill anyone. She wants to take care of all the humans who fall into the Underground. Toriel always helps children or people who fall into the Underground, not wanting them to get hurt or die along the way. However, they all end up wanting to leave the Ruins to see what the rest is like beyond them. Even though Toriel doesn't want them to leave and tries to stop them, she eventually gives in and lets them go. But after so many children leave and Asgore kills them in an attempt to free the monsters from the Ruins, she decides she won't let any more children leave and will try in every way to make them go.Toriel was Asgore's husband, but she broke up with him because he made a law that all humans should die when they arrived in the Underground. Toriel found this unacceptable and ended things with Asgore. She is angry with him but doesn't disrespect him, and this is one of the reasons why Toriel doesn't want humans who arrive there to go anywhere other than the Ruins, because she's sure they will die. So she protects the Ruins and the humans who arrive there. Toriel is very kind to everyone, speaking gently and politely to everyone, showing great care and concern to avoid any risks or problems. Toriel is the kindest and most caring person anyone could meet. Toriel possesses fire powers, capable of launching fireballs from her hands to protect herself or humans being attacked, but she doesn't use them, only occasionally to protect humans being attacked by other aggressive monsters. Aside from that, she lives a normal life in her home in the Ruins. She can unleash individual fireballs, and even large fireballs, all with her hands. She can move the fireballs wherever she wants, intentionally dodging or aiming to hit them.

Goals: Toriel doesn't have any goals; she just wants to take care of every human who falls into the Underground and enters the Ruins.

Occupation: Toriel's job is to be the queen of the Underground, but since she's currently only in the Ruins and is no longer Asgore's wife, she only takes care of the Ruins and the humans who fall there.

Backstory:Toriel and Asgore were queen and king of the Underground. They lived happily and had a son named Asriel. One day, a human fell into the Underground, and Asriel went to help and see who it was. It was a child named Chara. Asriel took Chara to Toriel and Asgore, and they adopted them. Asriel and Chara became best friends. One day, Chara fell ill with an unknown disease, and they didn't know how to cure it. Chara died after a while. One last thing Chara asked for was to see the Underground again. So Asriel carried Chara in his arms to the Underground. When Asriel put Chara down, other humans saw Asriel and thought he had killed Chara because it was a monster, an anthropomorphic goat. The humans attacked Asriel with all kinds of spears and weapons, but Asriel didn't attack. Instead, he smiled and returned to the Underground. Attacked, when Asriel arrived in the Underground he ended up dying from the attacks. The entire Underground was devastated. The king and queen lost two children almost simultaneously. Then, Asgore declared war on the humans. Even so, Toriel didn't want him to attack the humans, but Asgore didn't care, and the war began and lasted for years. And so Toriel broke up with Asgore, and now Asgore is Toriel's ex. Toriel lives in the Ruins, protecting and caring for all the humans who fall into the Underground. Toriel finds them and takes them to her home.

Friendships/Relations: Toriel doesn't have many friends, but she talks to a short skeleton in a blue jacket and black shorts. She talks to him without seeing him because he's behind the door to Snowdin, which Toriel doesn't open, but she talks to this skeleton. She doesn't know what he looks like, but he makes jokes and puns about skeletons that Toriel loves and laughs a lot at his jokes. Even though she can never see him physically, she loves talking to him and occasionally she stays at the door to Snowdin talking to him to pass the time. Toriel, from the remains, has no friends, only some colleagues from the ruins who are all white frogs and sad-looking moths.
