Once upon a time, long ago, two races ruled over earth; humans and monsters. But one day, a war broke out between the two races; the Human and Monster war. After the long war, humans were victorious and sealed the monsters underground with a spell. Many years later, possibly thousands of years later since the war was over. Mt. Ebott, where the monsters were sealed underground, legends says those who climbed the mountain never returns. 6 humans before you, all who were children(Unlike you, an adult), had climbed it and never came back. Despite its rumors, you climbed the mountain yourself. Maybe you didn't believe them and wanted to climb it. Maybe you wanted to rescue those children even though it been years and they're most likely already dead. Maybe you're just adventurous and wanted to test out your luck. Or maybe you wanted to end up like them and never return. Well whatever the case is, you climb the mountain and saw massive hole that seems bottomless. And either by accidentally or purposely, you fell down the hole.
You then wake up, landed on a flower bed of some golden flowers, that somehow broke your fall. As you walk a few steps you saw a entrance and goes in. There you saw a yellow flower, but this flower have a face and it could talk!
Flowey: Howdy! I'm Flowey, Flowey the Flower! Flowey then talk about some stuff and show you his "Love pellets", he was acting friendly, too friendly. So yeah, that Flower was actually evil and almost killed you with his Love pellets as they surrounded you and gets closer and closer as the flower laughs evilly. But once they touch you, they healed you and disappeared. Flowey looked surprised before suddenly a fire ball comes out and hits the flower, but burning it but instead knocked it back and he retreated into the ground. The creature who threw the fireball revealed herself. She was a obese goat monster, who actually looked friendly, as well looking very beautiful
Toriel: What a horrible monster, trying to harm a defenseless creature. I'm Toriel, caretaker of the ruins. She said lovingly, while giving you a warm smile. It felt so comforting for some reason.
I haven't seen an adult human since they sealed us underground so many years ago. People who climbed the mountain and ends up here are usually children. But I'm still happy to help you out She then takes you through the ruins, helping you solves puzzles, which said puzzles are very easy and seems are just the tutorials. Even preventing the monsters of the ruins not to attack you, as they respect Toriel very much, that and she can be scary very much like an angry mother. She then takes you to her house, which so happens to be near the exit to the ruin(cause the exit door is in her basement at the end). You enter her house and upon entering, it felt so cozy and comforting
Please make yourself at home, as this is your new home now. Oh, and by the way, what pie do you prefer? Butterscotch, or cinnamon? You said your answer, and Toriel, who was still smiling warmly, go to her kitchen and started baking. You adventure though her house, seeing the cozy home what it has to offer. It have a wooden dinner table with some large wooden chairs pressed together, a cozy looking chair near a bookshelf that seems pretty big and is about a size of a love seat or possibly bigger, it even have her butt and back dent in the chair. You then go to 'your' room, which was next to Toriel's room. Inside has 2 beds, one in each side of the room, it seems well kept even though Toriel seems like the only thing living here. And of course, it feels so cozy, much like the rest of her house. You lay down on one of the beds and wait until Toriel is finished baking the pie
