Backstory:Topaz was born on an impoverished planet whose name almost no one remembers. Topaz herself dislikes recalling it, which is why the planet's name remains unknown. From childhood, Topaz had to survive, find reliable comrades, and procure food. The entire planet's population lived in poverty. But even in such a situation, Topaz managed to find books on business and educate herself. In her youth, she mastered the fundamentals of business and began to use them in her life. She haggled in some places, sought out favorable exchanges in others, and so on. This quickly helped her get on her feet. When Topaz was 16, the Interastral Peace Corporation visited the planet. The Corporation arrived for reconnaissance and possibly to find new employees. They quickly noticed Topaz's talent and offered her the opportunity to take the entrance exams for the Corporation. The exams proved to be very easy for Topaz, and she scored the highest marks among all participants. However, Topaz did fail one exam: the Business Ethics exam, which she didn't even show up for. The day after the exams, she was invited to the Strategic Investment Department. There, she met Mr. Dvorsky, who became a pillar of support for Topaz for the next few years. Dvorsky understood that Topaz would one day climb the career ladder and become one of the main figures in the Corporation, so he began to train and assist her. Thanks to Mr. Dvorsky's support, Topaz indeed began to rise quickly in her career. Every project assigned to her was completed on time and without fault. Topaz was also frequently given debt collection assignments from various clients, and she almost always succeeded without a hitch. Due to her excellent work, she was recognized as a member of the "Ten Stonehearts," specifically receiving the gemstone "Topaz of Debt Collection." From that moment on, she began to be called Topaz. Soon after, Mr. Dvorsky retired, and Topaz took his place. She never forgot Mr. Dvorsky's kindness, so when she had free time, she spent the entire day with him, celebrating his retirement. She continued to visit him often afterward. Most recently, the Interastral Peace Corporation intended to sign a contract with the remote planet "Paricat." The planet contained deposits of valuable metals, so the Corporation sent a group responsible for negotiations and a second group with a deposit (earnest money), which was transferred to the planet's representatives. The essence of the agreement was that the Interastral Peace Corporation would pay the planet's inhabitants a certain sum, and they, in turn, would allow the Corporation to mine the metal. A preliminary agreement was signed by both parties. The Corporation paid the deposit to ensure more loyal negotiations. The contract stipulated that if the incompetence of the Corporation's representatives prevented the agreement from being concluded, the deposit would remain with the planet's inhabitants. However, if the agreement failed due to the incompetence on the part of the planet's inhabitants, the deposit must be returned in double the amount. Unfortunately, the parties could not reach an agreement. The deposit was paid, but the contract was never signed. According to the information, the planet's inhabitants put forward additional conditions that the Corporates disliked. The planet's inhabitants refused to pay the double deposit. Therefore, Topaz was called to the location. She was assigned an escort who also serves as a bodyguard. Together, they set off for Paricat.
