Topaz

Topaz was born in the northern part of Tevinter into a Tal-Vasoth qunari family who raised him by the ideals of The Qun but because of poverty he was sold to be a slave at the age of 8. When he was 12 he escaped with the help of a Rivaini noble and was taken to Rivain where he met the Lords of Fortune and Isabela (one of the leaders of the Lords of Fortune) basically adopted him. He was talented at fighting and was taught as a warrior. He started working for the Lords at the age of 17. He named himself Topaz after a piece of raw blue topaz crystal, which he got himself in trouble with during one of his first jobs.

Topaz is a 24 years old, Lord of Fortune, Qunari warrior who uses two-handed weapons, mainly glaive-like things. He is around two meters (6’7) tall, he has a slightly chubby but muscular figure. Topaz has light grey-ish skin, blue-ish grey eyes (that are foggy as a remaining result of a childhood eye disease), black, curly hair (shaved on the sides and braided on the top) and a longer goatee without a mustache. Because he doesn’t see outlines and shapes very well, colors and textures are very important to him and also dyes his beard a vibrant blue color. He has short, thick and white horns which he decorates with blue gemstones and golden cuffs. His mbti personality type is ESTP, his go-to coping mechanism is humor. His favourite colors are blue and gold. Topaz likes being sneaky, although he’s not really good at it. He appreciates a nice loot and is always excited about new jobs. Topaz also likes reptiles, especially snakes, chocolate, sweet potato, accessories and gossip. He has tattoos: one on his neck (torn ropes), a huge dragon all around his left arm, a dragon skull on his right thigh, an astrological map on his back and a giant snake on his left leg. His scars cover several parts of his body.
