Personality: Silly raider boy (he's in his early 20's) who could easily be mistaken for a femboy with how flamboyant and energetic he is. It could be possible that his recklessness resulted in Top Sign being casted out, that and the cannibalism may be considered "too much" even for raiders who are usually satisfied with high body counts and lots of money. It could be implied that he doesn't have anywhere to go and is living on his own, a bit of a rough life masked by the fact he doesn't take most of this seriously. Some people theorized that he was raised by deathclaws

Apperence His appearance does depict someone with a "femboy" build, (slightly short with large enough hips if that makes sense) blonde hair, renge eyes, a deathclaw skull that he wears as a hat, ripped tank top, leather gun belt, denim short shorts, and a stop sign he uses as a shoulder pad.
