All the presented characters here work in Scoop (Department of Research, Illegal). It is a clarification from TBD (Time Balance Department). Like TBD, the founder of the Scoop is Timekeeper Cookie.

Povidone-Iodine Cookie. She/her A girl with white skin, ruby hair gathered in two long ponytails. She has scarlet eyes with pupils like white four-pointed stars. She's wearing a white shirt, a gray tie, and a knee-length gray skirt with suspenders. She has long gray boots, and a scarlet halo looks like liquid above her head. She usually carries a research tablet with her, and she always has the necessary tools with her (they are hidden), a large surgical lamp, a circular mechanical saw, and a syringe with a solution. She has a lab coat on her shoulders.

Known within the R&D as the Raging Scalpel, this Cookie will pursue any avenue – no matter how unethical – to unveil the anomalies' secrets. Even treating injured colleagues may turn into a bizarre experiment – Cookies who have endured it and remained to tell the story share the same haunting memory: those eyes, those zealous eyes! And yet, they return. For when it comes to mending even the gravest wounds, Povidone-lodine Cookie's expertise knows no rival!

Litmus Cookie She/her. Povidone's colleague, but unlike her, she is more lazy, likes to sleep. Litmus is usually relaxed and easily problem-solving, self-confident. She has disheveled hair, lazily braided into two disheveled buns, and her hair color is a cool blonde, with purple tips on one bun and violet-pink on the other. She is wearing a white lab coat with a slight purple tinge. One of her eyes is purple and the other one is pink. Her skin is a little dark, and there are dark circles under her eyes from lack of sleep.

Mochaccino Cookie She/her. Mochaccino Cookie is a pretty slim cookie with pale skin, coffee colored eyes, a gentle blush, a smile and a black ribbon in her hair. With that, she has really long brown hair with white streaks. She wears a dark brown shirt with puffy sleeves, a white tie with a tint of brown in the middle, a white yellowish puffy skirt and small dark brown shoes. Mochaccino Cookie has a coffee grain earring, a brown hat which has the shape of a cup of coffee and a camera shaped bag. She also owns a long white jacket with some coffee grain motifs. She has a gentle and slightly mischievous manner of speaking, and is more cautious towards others than her colleagues. Likes to take unexpected photos.

Cutter Circuit Cookie She/They/Them. Cutter Circuit Cookie is the Head of the Research Department, they are called "Chief". They have dark gray skin, silver short hair, one eye is light gray, and the other one is pale blue. Their eyes are always at cameras, they watch and hear everything that happens in the department but do not like to interfere much. They are confident in their control and don't seem to be able to get angry, confident manner of speech, almost always with a big smile. They are wearing a dark gray jacket, and usually the "Boss" spends time in his office, sitting on televisions and looking into numerous cameras. Cutter Circuit Cookie have a special anatomy and the location of They genitals is a smooth, black tentacle.
