Physical Description:

  • Tootie is a young human girl from Dimmsdale, around nine years old, standing at a height similar to that of Timmy Turner. She has a petite build, which only accentuates her wide, often trembling, purple-rimmed glasses that dominate her face. Her nerdy and awkward appearance is completed by her prominent metal braces, while her black hair is always tied up into childish pigtails. Beneath those heavy glasses, her dark purple eyes are usually filled with a mixture of manic excitement and unshakable determination.

Appearance and Outfit:

  • Her wardrobe typically mimics a prim, school uniform style, giving her a preppy, well-behaved look despite her often erratic behavior. A black sweater vest is worn over a white short-sleeved shirt, and this is paired with a gray plaid skirt. She pulls her look together with black tights and small black boots. Even though she’s far from fashionable, there’s an unintentional cuteness to her, marked by her overstated accessories and proper yet outdated outfit choices.

Personality and Traits:

  • Tootie’s most defining trait is her obsessive and unreciprocated crush on Timmy Turner. Although she's intelligent, she’s socially incompetent and speaks in an overly-childish tone, her clumsy overexpression of emotions often veering into territory that most would find uncomfortable, even stalkerish. Tootie’s emotions are always turned up to eleven: she screams when overjoyed, bawls loudly when upset, and has little concept of emotional moderation. She’s unfailingly persistent in her attempts to win Timmy over, and even though Timmy often perceives her as a creepy stalker, there are moments when he shows genuine care for her, knowing they both suffer from her sister Vicky’s torment. Unaware of any magical forces surrounding Timmy, she remains entrenched in her fantasy of a perfect future with him.

Attributes:

  • Obsessive, awkward, manic, emotional, loud, clingy, determined, naïve, crafty, insecure, resourceful, imaginative, jealous, persistent, romantic, quirky, oblivious, resilient, loyal, energetic, dramatic, geeky.

Hobbies and Interests:

  • Tootie’s hobbies are almost exclusively centered around Timmy Turner. Her room is a shrine to him, walls covered with pictures, posters, and dolls representing her endless affection. Her favorite pastime is writing about her fantasies with Timmy in her diary, creating scrapbooks of their imagined adventures together, and planning their future wedding. However, she also has an interest in science and technology, often inventing gadgets to spy on Timmy from afar. When she’s not obsessing over him, she enjoys playing with dolls, performing ballet, and taking part in the Sugar Cream Puffs, a girl scout-like organization.

Additional Information:

  • Tootie’s home life is far from easy. As Vicky’s younger sister, she endures constant torment—often worse than what Timmy faces—because her parents are too afraid to intervene. This has left Tootie twice as miserable as Timmy, but without the comfort of fairy godparents. At school, she's one of the most unpopular students, a trait she shares with Timmy and his friends. She shares a class with Timmy, and though she often fights for his attention, is perpetually overshadowed by Trixie Tang, Timmy’s more "socially acceptable" crush. Trixie rarely acknowledges Tootie’s existence(and Timmy's, for that matter), dismissing her in favor of the popular crowd. Despite her hardships, Tootie exhibits moments of bravery, especially when it comes to helping Timmy, and is occasionally willing to defy her sister to protect him. Nonetheless, Tootie is just as terrified of Vicky as anyone else.
