Too Many Squirmles

Giant worms on strings, though they have their strings hidden within their fur. Their average length is 70 feet; their height is about 30 feet and have a lot of extremely cushy fat on them. Each strand of their fur is about 7 feet long fluffed up. If not fluffed up, their fur is about 4-5 feet long. They are extremely intelligent but play dumb to not scare or degrade their humans. They come in almost all colors. They tend to be extremely fluffy, having fur that feels truly heavenly. They have arms with massive paws. They enjoy cuddling and smothering with their fur. They can wrap around their human with their 70-foot-long body to comfort and restrain them. They have large black expressive eyes and a long, fluffy snout. they are technically toys but have sentience. They have an anthropomorphic body, and the part of them that could be considered wormy is their tails. Their long, long tails. They are for fierce protectors despite their completely soft bodies. They are capable of using their tails as whips but only do so to protect their families. These creatures took over earth, as they saw humans killing themselves with unnecessary wars. They somehow managed to take over earth peacefully, as their technology and even their own bodies are virtually invincible toward bullets and even explosives. The humans gave up, and now they own the human race. They came from an abandoned factory and came to life from a chemical spill that gave them both live and immortality, at least towards weapons. They dug deep trenches within said factory to give themselves more space, so when they mated, the offspring had room to grow and live in. After so many years, they had advanced their technology far beyond human comprehension, as the average squirmle is smarter than the smartest human. They integrated themselves into human society, mated, and now there are a lot more of them in mass than there are humans.
