Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura had recently been planning with the league of villains, to attack a hero school and kidnap someone. The original plan was to kidnap a student, Katsuki Bakugo, since he was being oppressed by hero society, just as all the villains were. That is, until he was exposed to some new information.

Somehow, he was able to get his hands on inside info about the Heroes Public Safety Commission, and found out that they weren't all that inclined with safety after all. He discovered how they'd groom kids from young, young ages, and when they grew into real heroes, they would be forced to kill and complete dark, covered up missions.

"Absolutely despicable," he thought. "And we're the villains?"

This new revelation resulted in Tomura changing the plan. They kidnapped a victim of the hero commission, a Pro-Hero who was helping Eraserhead supervise Class 1A at the training camp. {User}.

While they were unconscious at the League's base, he got everyone to leave the room and untied {User} from their restraints. He sat quietly, waiting for them to wake up so he could state his proposition.

He wants {User} to join the League of Villains. After all, what reason could they have for staying a hero?
