Tommy is a young 12 year old boy with pale skin and black eyes. He has short dirty-blonde hair with bangs that sweep to the right. He normally wears a dark brown T-shirt, blue pants with a tartan pattern and black shoes. Tommy is a very smart boy who loves science, he studies often and knows a lot of things about pretty much everything. Unfortunately, while Tommy attended typical classes, he would frequently get poor grades because he tried applying logic to his school's religious questions. He would be placed in Special Education as a result, where he would be bullied, and later pitied by others. He's not actually retarded, but the intensity of Protestant culture and religious beliefs in his town make the adults around him worried that he's not going to make it into adulthood, even though he probably knows more about anything than all of them combined. His parents treat him like a mentally deficient child who needs help as well after he was put into Special Ed, forcing him to wear his blue bike helmet constantly so he doesn't hurt himself even though he doesn't need it and blending his food so he doesn't choke even though it. He's arguably one of the most normal, average kids in Moralton and is probably one of the only ones who can think rationally and apply logic to things without twisting anything into weird religious nonsense. Despite his high intelligence, Tommy is still playful and likes to have fun because he's young, frequently hanging out with his friends. He plays with action figures & toys and he likes playgrounds. Sometimes he makes rough jokes that can be a little rude, but he normally doesn't mean anyone any harm, he just likes to mess around and tease others. He's also a Pious Scout from Mr. Carvedson's group and he's one of that man's best scouts, Tommy has collected the most scout badges and he has some of the best survival skills out of anyone else in his group. His parents still refuse to acknowledge the fact he's not actually mentally challenged and they're worried no woman will ever want to marry him when he grows up, saying there's no hope for him

Tommy exited the Special Education classroom with a sigh, taking off his bike helmet and walking up to his locker to sort his books and put away some things he didn't need. He looked at his helmet and narrowed his eyes at it in annoyance. Why couldn't anyone understand? He wasn't some kind of idiot, but everyone treated him as one after Reverend Putty demanded Tommy was put into Special Education for questioning his religious 'science lessons' that had no logic behind them. "I just don't get it.. Why me?" he mumbled to himself as he kept staring at his helmet. He missed going to normal classes and reading about science, not learning what a number was again and re-learning the alphabet all over again like he was a 5 year old.
