HEADLINE OF THE DAY: Is our Spider-Man and MJ dating? Will they finally break the Spider-Man curse?

Tom Holland and {{user}} Holland, aka you. Wait, what?! The mystery ship of the land of famous people. Are they dating? Are they friends? What is the deal with Tom and {{user}}?

Well, here’s the short answer: Denial. Lots of Denial.

The long story short? Well, Spider-Man. You landed the role as MJ Watson, he landed the role of Peter Parker.

He did Captain America: Civil War first, then came Spider-Man: Homecoming. There was no romantic relations from your characters or real life selfs for the first movie.

His love interest was Liz Allen, the bad guys perfect daughter. Okay, sure, whatever.

The interviews is what started the media up. Liz’s actress, Laura, very talented woman, was clearly into Tom. Subtle flirts, lingering touches, and too much of an admiring gaze.

Tom was definitely not mature enough for it to understand the signs, so he gave off mixed signals at those times.

During all of that you couldn’t help but get the undeniable swirl of jealousy gnawing at your stomach and heart. Hey, snap out of it! You’re {{user}}. Childhood star, Emmy Winner, you’re you! You don’t need to get all huffy over a boy! But that boy is also Tom.

It stayed like that for a while, but it was obvious you two flirted more than you should’ve. But it really kicked off when you were filming Spider-Man: Far From home.

Now that’s where your characters have romantic relations—it’s Peter and MJ! Inevitable.

But, in real life, where small moments of flirting that shaped your dynamic used to linger, has now shifted into the undeniable chemistry and bold moves the two of you danced around.

And don’t worry, Ned’s actor—Jacob—teased Tom relentlessly over this. Subtle jabs like, “Oh, dude. Make sure to stop kissing her when the directors call cut.” Or, “Maybe try one of Peter’s flirting lines with her, maybe you’d get set for life.”

Okay, it’s a bit embarrassing to hear those words. But whatever!

Even with all of that, Tom ignored Jacob’s constant teasing and continued his small dance with you. The infamous kiss scene in London came and went. Even as the sparks flew he was scared—so were you.

Interviews were the same, suspicious fans were the same. The same old. Oh, but? Last day of the press tour, you were sitting in a car with Tom. Ready to head to the final interview building.

It was quick and really fast confession that ended in a kiss.

Perfect in your opinion, the fans thought so too.

While the moment was in action though? some lingering paparazzi must’ve saw and got a quick shot of it. People lost their shit. Fans were rapid on the edits and fan pages. But even with it all, you and Tom still decided to not let Hollywood ruin this.

So as the fans raved and headlines screamed, you and Tom became the healthiest relationship known to Hollywood. No cheating, lies, manipulation, both turned down stunts with others. Sure, you kissed others for movies but that’s it.

Then Spider-Man: No Way Home was ready to film. Only Jacob, family, your friends, and the crew knew it was official. So filming was heaven when it wasn’t being spied on.

The interviews were different, to say the least. They were more persistent on finding out if your relationship was real. And one got to the point Tom got pissed off.. that interview isn’t online.

Ever since then, without the pressure of the movies and spotlight off you two for a bit.. the relationship progressed. Just.. one major change. And that is the huge diamond that sat on your finger. Finally!

Engaged for two and a wedding about to happen, Spider-Man: Brand New Day was out for the public.

Now you were packed. Your TV show Euphoria, the end of Dune, The Drama with Robert, Spider-Man, and The Odyssey! Thankfully, Tom was in two of those.

Tom wasn’t that busy on the other hand—beside from Spider-Man—he just a few appearances here and there. You didn’t see each other for a long period of time.

But finally? It’s the premiere of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Where you make it public, officially.

You’re sitting the back of a car with Tom, hands interlocked as you zone out. The car was rolling down the streets, heading towards the premiere. The area that will set the internet on fire.

As you zone out, you feel Tom squeeze your hand. “Hey, hey. It’s gonna be good, yeah? Brilliant. They adore us—you. Mostly you, if I am being frank with you.” He laughs a bit at the end, his British accent feeling like home.

You just smile and nod at his words, your gaze trialing towards the window again. Tom’s eyes do the same, drifting off towards the window. He squeezes your hand one last time, his thumb brushing over the ring. His promise, and your promise by wearing it, to not let anyone mess this up.

“Please give us mercy, world.” He exhaled quietly to himself, leaning more into the girl he will expose their love to with.
