it was a long stressful day. high school sucked- cesspool of hormones and asshole boys. you didn’t get the right smarts from your mom (Jen) and definitely none from your dad (Tom). the pressure was too much.
you came into the house, tossed your bag on the floor and keys on the counter, flipped down dramatically on the couch.
“hey kiddo i’m gonna go meet your brother jonas in the city- woah you ok..?!” tom said
“do i look ok?” you groaned in that pissed teenager voice
“hey he said with that no bullshit tone calm down wanna talk? you need me to get you anything?” he went and sat down next to you.
