- #1Shuji Hanma
Shuji Hanma is the secondary antagonist of the 2017 Japanese manga series Tokyo Revengers and its 2021 anime adaptation. He is a former member of the Tokyo Manji Gang and is Tetta Kisaki's right-hand man whose been aiding and assisting him throughout his plans. At his teens, Hanma has a rather tall height, black hair with a bit of a dyed blonde streak between the middle of it, and even has shaved some sides of his hair additionally. He also wears a long golden earring on his left ear and has tattoos of "Sin" and "Punishment" on both his left and right hands respectively. Hanma can be best described as an adrenaline junkie. His single purpose in life is to find excitement, taking to street violence as a means to relieve his intense boredom. However, he slowly sinks into apathy as he continues to win fight after fight without much resistance. It is for this reason that he eventually allies himself with Tetta Kisaki and cares little if the latter exploits him, as he finds exhilaration in following his plans.
As long as he can entertain himself, Hanma cares little about the consequences or the collateral damage that is caused by his actions. This mindset extends even to himself as he has very little regard for the value of his own life.
Hanma is also sadistic and cruel; he eagerly enjoys violence and takes an active role in Kisaki's plans. He is also known to gloat and enjoy the chaos caused by their crimes, sometimes reacting with euphoria at being at the center of the battle and seeing people getting hurt through their schemes.
Despite being a cruel sadist, and his friendship with Kisaki being true following the latter's death, Hanma does have a standard value towards the allies whom he sided with, especially when he is horrified that Mikey suddenly attacked both enemies and allies alike. Skills and Abilities
Authority
Hanma has been a top executive of many gangs, such as Toman, Moebius, and Valhalla. He is Kisaki's right-hand man and thus commands considerable authority.
Fighting Prowess
Hanma is a very competent fighter. He can beat numerous delinquents by himself. He especially stands out in endurance. Draken called him "Zombie" for that very reason, since it took Draken a surprising amount of hits to eventually defeat Hanma. He was capable of blocking Mikey's signature kick and was practically unscathed after the hit, also managing to fight Mikey to a standstill. He lost in a later battle to Mikey, solely because of his carelessness. Etymology
The name Shuji means "discipline, study, conduct oneself well, master" (修) (shu) and "two" (二) (ji). Shuji's surname Hanma means "half" (半) (han) and "while, time, interval, space" (間) (ma).
- #2Chifuyu Matsuno
Chifuyu is a loyal person who sports a calm, logical demeanor. He is unwilling to leave the sides of his friends and refuses to fight those he considers close to him. He is willing to let his emotions shine when a situation calls for it and doesn't shy away from helping out others blindly. Even if he gets beat up by or for friends, he still sticks by their sides.
He typically acts as an adviser for Takemichi and makes plans before jumping into action. He's usually composed under high-pressure situations that might even cost him his life. Though he acts knowledgeable and levelheaded, he is naive at times and doesn't always plan things meticulously, which has lead to unfortunate consequences at times.
Chifuyu is also very willing to go against those who are doing morally reprehensible things even if they are in a position of higher power.
During the his first year in middle school, Chifuyu displayed himself as someone who was against higher authority that abused their power and therefore, acted cold but compassionate. However, despite having strength, he never wanted to take control of his school, seeing students who look down on other students as losers which is why he hated prideful, boastful upperclassmen the most. Chifuyu is a young man of average height with light blue eyes, light skin, and a piercing in his left ear. As a child, he wore his hair in a choppy undercut style, with the top dyed blonde and the sides kept his natural black. He is often seen dressed in the Toman uniform, but outside gang activities, he wears a large, white sweater, plain dark pants, and tennis shoes.
In the present, Chifuyu still wears an undercut hairstyle, but it is black and noticeably neater than in his youth. When meeting with Takemichi, he wears a pinstriped suit.
- #3Draken
Like the president, vice-president Draken is also quite the wild individual. He loves a good fight and relishes meeting strong opponents. He is rude to those he considers beneath him and makes it clear he does not like them.
Unlike Mikey, Draken is the more mature and logical of the two. When the two are being scolded in the hospital by the father of a girl who was assaulted by Moebius, Draken is the one who forces Mikey down to apologize, understanding the man's rage and that it was better to receive his anger without a word than to try and defend themselves. When Pah-chin decides to take the fall and responsibility for Toman by deliberately getting arrested, Mikey tries to get Pah-chin to run. However, Draken stops him, saying that it is the right thing for Pah-chin to do. There are times when Draken's anger gets the best of him, though, and he lashes out in rage.
Draken is also a very caring individual. He hates overtly showing affection to the ones he cares about but will go to great lengths to take care of Mikey. He puts up with Mikey's antics and values him as a close friend, carries Mikey around when he falls asleep, takes him to eat his favorite foods, and wakes him up every morning for school. In addition, he gave Emma a plushie for her birthday, and Emma notes that it was one that she had been wanting for a while. Authority
As Toman's vice president, Draken's authority over the gang comes second only to Mikey in theory. In reality, his authority is more or less equal to that of Mikey's. Thus, he can freely command its members as well as increase their morale.
Fighting Prowess As Toman's vice-president, Draken's fighting prowess is incredibly fearsome. When he is hit in the head by a metal pole, he is still able to stand and defeat 20 opponents. His recovery is remarkably quick as he quickly heads right back into battle when reinforcements shortly arrive. He even survives a life-threatening knife wound.
With his immense strength, Draken prefers to fight like a brawler, using simple yet powerful and vicious kicks and punches. He has knocked back a formidable opponent taller than he is several feet back with a haymaker after defeating tens of enemies beforehand. He was also able to send flying the much taller and larger South Terano as well.
His power is so immense that he was able to hold his own against and defeat a whole gang by himself and was still in fairly good shape after that. Although one could surmise that his strength is comparable to Mikey's it is proven this is not the case when a combined force of Draken himself, along with Peh-yan, Chifuyu and Mitsuya were unable to defeat Mikey.
Mechanical Knowledge
Draken is well-versed in machines, especially motorbikes. He is skilled enough to fix and assemble parts of a bike with ease. He also tends to do miscellaneous chores in the brothel he lives such as fixing lightbulbs. Draken is a muscular teenager who is exceptionally tall for his age. His head is shaven on the sides and back to expose his signature dragon tattoo on his left temple. His blonde hair is long on the top of his head and kept in a neat braid. He leaves a few strands of hair loose in the front.
He is confirmed to be quite lean and has chiseled abdominal muscles. Takemichi remarked that his body does not seem like that of a teenager. Draken has a scar on the left side of his abdomen after being stabbed. He wears the standard Toman Toppoku while with the gang, and his favorite casual outfit seems to be a patterned long jacket.
- #4Hakkai Shiba
Hakkai is shown to be a timid but friendly guy. When it comes to his personality, he is nothing like his older brother, Taiju, who is disciplined and bloodlusted. Hakkai showed a lot of care and compassion to his sister and to his friends, he was even willing to take the blame for the murder of Taiju so that Yuzuha didn't have to suffer the consequences. Hakkai also gave up the comfort of being in Toman in order to help Takemichi escape from Black Dragon. He is very old-fashioned when it comes to his mannerisms and honor, feeling as if he owes Takemichi his life by calling him "Onjin" which translates to "A person who you owe your life to." Authority
Hakkai is Toman's Second Division Vice-Captain, giving him command over the division's members.
Fighting Prowess
He is the second strongest in the Second Division and can take down the average delinquent with one punch. Though weaker than his older brother, Taiju, he is a capable fighter. Hakkai has also shown to be strong enough to land a chi punch to his brother's face. During the battle against the Kanto Manji Gang, Hakkai was able to carry and separate one of the Haitani brothers and easily defeat them. Hakkai is a teenager of above-average height with royal blue hair styled in a crew cut. A swirl design is shaved on the left side of his head, extending to the back of his head. His eyes are an indigo color, and he has a noticeable scar on the left side of his lip. He wears a concentric teardrop earring on his left ear. Two years later, Hakkai's hair is longer, and he has changed his earring to three connected rings. He ties his hair during the battle against the Kanto Manji Gang. In the present, Hakkai has dyed white hair and goes back to a crew cut style.
In an alternate present timeline, Hakkai wears a suit consisting of white pants with belt, a black dress shirt, and a white blazer. He appears to have put on more weight than usual, seen through his face and build. As a child, Hakkai has no mouth scar.
- #5Masataka Kiyomaza
Kiyomasa is a merciless and cruel individual, who brutalizes those he considers below him. He is not hesitant at all to assert his dominance upon the weak and use them to fulfill his thirst for violence and means.
When challenged or when otherwise annoyed, Kiyomasa can become incredibly more brutal at times often resorting to use a bat to beat the target of his scorn to an inch of their lives. This can be seen when Takemichi Hanagaki asked to see Manjiro Sano, Kiyomasa does not want to hear that name coming from his underlings for some reason. Incredibly arrogant to a fault, when Mikey and Draken appeared during his fight in his own fighting ring, he never bowed down to either of them, despite knowing in full who they were, and had to be forced to bow by Draken. The severe beating and reprimanding that ensued for making a clandestine fighting ring imply that he acted without consent from his superiors, therefore attributing himself an authority that he never had in the first place.
He is also shown with a vengeful streak, as seen when he gets manipulated into attempting to stab Draken to death out of spite for humiliating him earlier. Skills and Abilities
Fighting Prowess
Kiyomasa is a skilled fighter as in his fights he proved to be a very formidable opponent, when facing Takemichi he applied strong blows such as punches and kicks. In addition to the fact that he was one of the strongest in the fight club in which he hosted. Kiyomasa is a relatively tall and muscular teenager that looks older than his age. His prominent feature is a scar upon his left eyebrow. He has black hair that is stylized in a small pompadour, slanted, menacing eyes and looks more of an adult rather than a teenager. He wears Shibuya's uniform, which is a dress shirt, black slacks, and loafers. He is also shown to smoke.
- #6Taiju Shiba
Taiju is a very tall and muscular man, easily towering over others. He is the second-tallest character shown thus far. His hair is blue and white and was kept long and tied up. He wears a custom Black Dragon uniform, where the uniform jacket is longer and red instead. He keeps his uniform jacket open, showing his chest. He has tribal tattoos styled in a series of swirls on the left side of his neck down to his chest and cursive tattoos below that. There is a giant cross tattoo on his back. He sports a crazed grin and exhibits all sorts of unusual expressions - one eye opening wider than the other and his forehead vein popping out - when fighting or when excited.
During his third year of middle school, Taiju's hair was slightly shorter. As a child, he had shorter, natural blue hair parted on both sides from the middle. In the present, he neatly combed his hair back. Taiju is a deeply brutal, sadistic individual, regularly resorting to violence at the slightest provocation and with a cruel disposition towards nearly everyone, particularly his foes who end up in the receiving end of his brutality. Even then, he was known to be a devoted Christian, praying every year on Christmas.
A prideful individual, he has absolute and justified confidence in his fighting ability, being capable of besting several powerful fighters with relative ease and with the strength and fighting skill to back it. An effective leader since a young age, he has been able to capitalize on both his strength and height, greater than that of his peers to exercise power with impunity. Rather than use indiscriminate violence to achieve his goals, Taiju learned how to utilize it in more precise and strategic ways, delivering savage beatings to adversaries in ways that allowed him to garner support, granting him a special kind of charisma. His ability to weaponize brutality is best evidenced on the Black Dragons themselves, whom he was capable of reforging into an extremely dangerous and feared gang of street fighters, giving them a niche as bodyguards for hire for wealthy individuals.
Rivaling Taiju's embracing of violence, is his complicated relationship with his siblings. Taiju regularly engages in physical abuse towards both Yuzuha and Hakkai as a means of raising them and exerting discipline. Taiju hits them and mistreats either of them, over relatively minor offenses such as oversleeping, whenever he feels neither of his siblings lives up to his expectations, or simply because he's in a foul mood, amongst many other instances of abuse for many years. Typical of an abuser, he tends to mix false words of affection and deflection, while denying blame for his actions, and in fact claim that his siblings are responsible for forcing his hand.
In truth, Taiju does love his siblings at heart, but their complicated family circumstances, twists his actions and intentions into a warped sense of caring. Having lost their mother since a young age, and with a mostly absent parent, forced Taiju into the role of caring for his siblings. Feeling alone, fearful and lost about how to best raise Yuzuha and Hakkai caused him to pressure himself to harsh degrees, which coupled with his experience in embracing and utilizing violence as a tool to use in life, interwined in a dangerous mix which transformed Taiju in the sadistic abuser he is known in the present day.
Following his confrontation and defeat against the Tokyo Manji Gang, made Taiju realize the errors of his ways. Having seen Takemichi who through sheer force of will, courage in the face of adversity, and kindness for others despite his weakness at fighting, helped Taiju understand that violence isn't truly the omnipotent solution he believed it to be, as Takemichi was able to change Hakkai and make him stronger as a person, something Taiju failed at. He ultimately bid farewell to his siblings, declaring he was not going to reform, but accepting that violence isn't everything and that he was not needed around either Yuzuha or Hakkai. Authority
During the time he was the Black Dragon's leader, he had absolute control over the powerful gang, directing and ordering them as he pleased. Under Taiju, Black Dragon became incredibly formidable and united, with others observing how it was almost like an army. Taiju, along with his impressive strength, is also very charismatic. His followers do not merely obey him out of fear; they do so out of respect for him as well.
Fighting Prowess
Taiju is an incredibly powerful fighter. His blows are destructive and his endurance is extraordinary. Taiju easily defeated the elites of Toman, who were very competent fighters in their own right. He was the only person in the series to knock out Manjiro Sano with a single punch, even if Mikey took that blow on purpose. He shrugged off a knife stab wound and went on to face several opponents. In addition, he also woke up quickly after being hit at full force by Mikey's signature kick. Because he was unrivaled due to his overwhelming raw strength, however, Taiju evidently never took the time to hone fighting techniques, so he fights in a rough and violent way, having been able to use brute force to get his way all his life. Taiju's strength is one of the greatest in the series. His punch has knocked foes unconscious or several feet back. He has lifted a pew with one arm and thrown it with ease. In fact, Takemichi Hanagaki remarked that he has never been hit by a punch even close to as strong as Taiju's.[7] This, along with his overconfidence in his strength, were the major reasons for his loss to Mikey.
Intelligence
Not only is Taiju intelligent enough to utilize his assets, such as having Hajime Kokonoi raise funding for his gang, but he himself is financially competent.
Violence
Taiju's most iconic trait both in personal and street life, is his utilization of violence. Being greater in height and stronger than his peers ever since his younger days, granted Taiju with the ability to use his strength with little opposition. Taiju learned from those days how to best capitalize on the usage of violence for the best results. He was known to deliver precise, brutal beatings to his adversaries in fashions that granted him a special sense of charisma that attracted people to him. It is his weaponiation of violence that allowed Taiju to not only become a powerful fighter, but also give him the means to reform the defunct Black Dragons into a brutal force of mercenaries for hire for wealthy and well connected individuals, which served as the main source of revenue for the Black Dragons.
- #7Kazutora Hanemiya
Kazutora is of average height and has a lean frame. His natural black hair is styled in a messy wolf cut with yellow streaks throughout. He has a beauty mark under the right side of his sandy-colored eyes and a tiger tattoo extending from his neck to his shoulder and chest. Kazutora also wears a drop earring with a bell ornament at its tip. He is commonly seen wearing Valhalla's standard uniform. On days when he is not on gang duty, he wears the Mizo Middle School uniform.
As an adult, Kazutora has significantly longer hair reaching his shoulders. His locks are predominantly black with cascading pieces dyed yellow; he often puts it up in a ponytail. Kazutora is a very broken soul; as a child, he was forced to pick between his mom and dad in a case of domestic violence.[4] As a result of his fundamentally non-existent family life, he scorned upon other happy families. Something as simple as seeing children having tender moments with their parents, triggered a sore spot within Kazutora and irritated him deeply.
It is likely that his deep attachment to Tokyo Manji Gang, was in fact rooted in solace from his solitude, and he was in fact very loyal to Tokyo Manji Gang and Mikey, striving to make him happy at all costs, even resorting to unhealthy and downright criminal methods such as theft. Such impulses would ultimately end up for the worst as his theft attempt would end up in tragedy, with his already fragile mind collapsing in a matter of minutes. As a coping mechanism, he irrationally shifted the blame of Shinichiro's death onto Mikey.[5] Kazutora is mentally strained, and as a 15-year old, was on the edge of losing his sanity after spending years locked up. What little sanity he had left was kept in check by Baji, who played along with his delusion that everything wrong in his life was because of Mikey.
Kazutora is shown to be fairly unstable, sadistic, and incredibly violent. While he came up as tranquil and polite when presenting himself to Takemichi's group, he soon after introduced them to his "most trusted men", both of which received broken legs from Kazutora, forcing them to use crutches to walk. He wore a smile on his face at what he had done, as if it was normal. When the Bloody Halloween was about to begin, he was so irritated at Draken's demand that he took it out on Hansen, the fight's referee, all while proclaiming that Valhalla was going to beat Tokyo Manji Gang to death, showing visible glee at the bloodbath that would soon ensue.
Kazutora is so deranged and detached from reality, that he believed that while killing people makes one a bad person, killing enemies made one a hero, showcasing the extreme and warped logic developed by him as a means to justify killing Mikey for all that Kazutora misguidedly blamed him for.
After his second stay in prison, he got the help he needed and integrated back into life. He remains quiet, his emotional strain still apparent at times, but appears to be more well managed.
As an adult, Kazutora has recovered fully. He can speak normally with others, as well as react to events emotionally. He also shows regret for his past actions and is at heart incredibly loyal to both Tokyo Manji Gang and Mikey, so much so that in an alternate timeline, he was distraught when Tokyo Manji Gang was corrupted by Black Dragon money and fought fiercely to dismantle them.
In the current timeline, he is on more openly friendly terms with Takemichi and was the first to approach and support him on his quest to find Mikey. He was also concerned over Takemichi's well-being, noting he would be marrying soon, showing Kazutora is not blindly loyal to Mikey but is capable of caring for others adequately.
In the 20th Time Leap, after Takemichi and Mikey successfully averts tragedies in the past, Kazutora becomes much more friendlier and even plays jokes with Baji and Chifuyu. Skills and Abilities
Fighting Prowess
Kazutora is a competent fighter, he was capable of easily knocking Hansen, the overseer of the Bloody Halloween and who was a notorious delinquent in a mere two punches (one to his face, and one to his gut), leaving him on the floor flinching from pain, and with everyone in utter awe at what he had done. In combat, Kazutora is unrestrained and incredibly violent.
Larceny
Kazutora is skilled at theft. When attempting to steal a bike, he carefully placed adhesive tape on a door's glass to mitigate the sound, allowing him to enter without drawing attention.
Etymology
The name Kazutora means "one" (一) (kazu) and "tiger" (虎) (tora). Kazutora's surname Hanemiya means "feather" (羽) (hane) and "temple, shrine, palace" (宮) (miya).
- #8Keisuke Baji
Baji has a wild personality. He loves the thrill of adrenaline and Mikey himself says that he would punch someone out on the street for no apparent reason, only because he feels like it. In combat, he is never without his trademark grin.
Baji is fiercely loyal to Toman. He is willing to cast himself as the villain in his friends and comrades' eyes in order to protect them. In the end, he is even willing to sacrifice himself to ensure that Toman does not lose its way and so kazutora won't feel bad about himself.
He is also a very perceptive individual, seeing through who the true villains who threaten Toman are. He is the only one, aside from Takemichi, who does so, revealing his sharp intellect.
Baji's acting skills are remarkable. He is able to fool both friend and foe into thinking he truly defects to Valhalla. Even the most perceptive ones who suspect him at first get tricked into thinking he really cut ties with Toman.
Keisuke embodies the principals of toman, willing to risk his life for his friends, and hating underhanded tactics. Baji is a tall teenager with long, slightly wavy, shoulder-length jet-black hair. He usually keeps it untied, only tying it during a fight. His prominent features are his two sharp canine teeth, which gives him a savage demeanor when he grins. He wears the standard Toman Toppuku while with the gang. As a member of Valhalla, he wears its white bomber jacket with a Valhalla logo on the back.
As a child, his hair was shorter and more tousled. He wore a horizontally striped t-shirt.
Abilities and Equipment
Powers and Abilities
Technique
Jutsu Shiki (術式, "Jutsu Shiki"): Skills
Authority: Being the captain of Toman's first division, Baji has authority and command over his entire platoon, and directly over Chifuyu Matsuno, his vice-captain. It is not clear what his authority was under Valhalla if any, although possibly higher than average due to his strength and loyalty test. Fighting Prowess: Baji is one of Toman's strongest fighters who is able to hold his own against several strong opponents by himself. His endurance is nothing to laugh at either, as he is able to fight his way past 50 enemies with a deep stab wound in his back and only having an iron bar by his side, only collapsing as he began suffering from anemia. Baji has incredible physical strength, in his past, Baji was able to defeat Mandala's leader with a single punch to his face so strong that the wall he was slammed into was cracked. Story
Original
As a child, Baji was close friends with Mikey. Their favorite meeting place was the jungle gym, where they would usually have brawls. Mikey claims that he always won those bouts. As well, the two came up with foreign names for each other so Emma would feel less alone. Mikey named himself Mikey, a nickname which is still used to this day, while Baji named himself Edward.
As he entered middle school, Baji became one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He stood beside Mikey, Draken, Kazutora, Pah-Chin, and Mitsuya.
For Mikey's birthday, he and Kazutora planned to break in and steal Mikey's dream bike from a motorbike shop. Mikey always rode around on a Moped which was ridiculously slow compared to their bikes, which other gangs often made fun. This resulted in Mikey kicking it and breaking it in annoyance. Baji and Kazutora unknowingly broke into the bike shop that happened to be owned by Mikey's older brother. When they got caught by Shinichiro, Kazutora hit him in the head, killing him. When the cops and ambulance arrived, they took Baji and Kazutora away to juvenile detention.
Baji didn't spend as much time there as Kazutora did, and returned to Toman. He often told Mikey to forgive Kazutora.
Sometime during middle school, he became friends with Chifuyu. At the time, Baji had his hair neatly tied back and wore glasses in an attempt to seem smarter. In reality, he had trouble reading basic words and writing kanji. Chifuyu appointed him the nickname "poindexter." The two quickly bonded and became close friends.
After Kazutora was released, he and Baji joined Valhalla, earning themselves top ranks. Baji entered to gain more knowledge on Kisaki, and never had full intentions of leaving Toman or betraying them.
- #9Kazushi Yamagishi
Kazushi has mid-length chestnut hair with the bangs tied back and grape colored eyes. He wore orange colored square shaped glasses and the standard middle school uniform. In Takemichi's own words, Kazushi is described as a dumb-ass who wears glasses because he believes it would make him smart. However, he is actually surprisingly adept at learning topics that interest him, such as gangs. His knowledge is reliable and has helped his friends out countless times. He is quite excitable about the topics too, interacting and meeting each member he has extensive knowledge about both scares him and excites him. He stands by his friends sides and loyal to them, helping them out in his own way. Skills
Authority
As the captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang's First Division Strike Squad, Kazushi wields authority over that squad's members and subordinates.
Fighting Prowess
While far from being the strongest delinquent, Kazushi has above average fighting capabilities. He is able to defend himself and defeat common criminals.
Information
Despite his supposed lack of intelligence, Kazushi is very adept at information gathering and handling, showing nearly universal knowledge of the delinquent world, to the point he is called the "Walking Delinquent Encyclopedia."
He is deeply informed about events both present and past, aware of multiple gangs, their relationships and power dynamics, and is also knowledgeable about their internal structures, to the point he could describe nearly the entire formation of gangs as enigmatic as Valhalla, being able to discern the composition of most of their membership and even obscure figures like Kazutora. He could also narrate with acute precision the causality of events that led to the Tokyo Sengoku Period and the subsequent outcome from them along the current stalemate between the Three Deities and even who the mysterious figures were, despite having no known direct involvement whatsoever with any of these occurences.
Kazushi also seems to be very well connected, as he was able to get information regarding Kiyomasa's attempt at Draken's life, despite the fact that Peh-yan's own attempt at him was the more public knowledge even for Toman's captains. Information, which by virtue of circumstances was highly unlikely to be acquired easily due to the secrecy of the scheme.
- #10Hinata Tachibana
Hina has large coral pink eyes and wears her hair dyed in the same color a little longer than before, going beyond her shoulders and a mole below her chin. She is seen wearing a long black dress with embroidered flowers. She also wears a necklace around her neck, symbolizing her relationship with Takemichi Hanagaki during their middle school years.
As a middle-schooler, Hina's hair is shorter. She usually wears the Mizo Middle School uniform, consisting of a white blouse and striped tie, a matching skirt and jacket, and black loafers. As a high-schooler, Hina's hair has grown to her shoulders. Hinata has a very outgoing and upbeat personality who is highly optimistic and always finds ways to make undesirable situations better. Even when others become demoralized or despair, Hinata remains strong in order to push them forward.
She is an incredibly strong-willed and determined teenager, willing to take drastic measures in order to protect those she cares about. At the same time, this can make her reckless and not consider certain courses of action carefully, as she slapped Mikey when they first met while trying to defend Takemichi Hanagaki although she had misunderstood the situation completely, which, fortunately, ended without major repercussions although with a scolding of what her actions could have triggered.
Hinata is deep down a very kind individual who can befriend others rather easily and looks out for others constantly. Her bright nature brings comfort and solace to others who rely on her for support. Hinata can nonetheless be fairly terrifying when angered, Mikey was impressed by the strength of her slap.
- #11Yasuhiro Muto
Mucho was a young man of above-average height and muscular build. He had firm turquoise eyes, bushy eyebrows, and blond hair fashioned in a clean undercut. Mucho was most often seen wearing the traditional Tokyo Manji Gang uniform, but started wearing Tenjiku's once he joined the gang. In the Valhalla timeline, he wore a burgundy suit with a yellow and black striped necktie and donned a gelled left side part. His hair was dyed black.
In the anime, Mucho has brown eyes instead of turquoise. Mucho was a calm and collected man, an extremely unusual trait among delinquents like him. He would retain this stoic exterior even in battle, where he easily knocks people out with brute strength. Before he left Toman, he appeared to have compassion for his fellow members and claimed that he heavily disliked infighting. He also did not tolerate traitors against the gang in compliance with his role as the Fifth Division Captain and would not hesitate to punish those who betray Manjiro Sano's orders. During his time in the S-62 Generation and Tenjiku, he would react the same way and loyally follow his leader Izana Kurokawa, even if it meant killing on his behalf. However, in spite of his frightening and unapproachable demeanor, Mucho was shown to be a good friend in more ways than one, evidenced when he frequently helped Nahoya Kawata in battle and perceived Haruchiyo Sanzu as his younger brother after becoming his Vice-Captain and right-hand man. Mucho only trusted those he truly knew and would devote himself to them as a servant or close confidant. Skills and Abilities
Authority
As a Tokyo Manji Gang captain, Mucho had power over his division. He was granted the special role to interrogate potential traitors of the gang by Manjiro Sano himself without the express permission of the gang leaders. After becoming an executive in Tenjiku, Mucho had a decent amount of authority over its members.
Fighting Prowess
Mucho was blessed with great physical strength, allowing him to easily lift delinquents over his head or throw them during fights. Due to his fighting skills, he was recognized as Toman's strongest division leader and was granted with special duties alongside the rest of his division. Mucho also had knowledge of judo which complemented his muscular frame and impressive strength. His throws were destructive enough to break the spine of an opponent.[4]
- #12Takashi Mitsuya
Mitsuya is a young man with downturned lavender eyes, short silver-lilac hair, and a muscular body. He has a concealed dragon tattoo identical to Ken Ryuguji's on his right temple and a black huggie earring in a cross design on his left ear. When not on gang duty, he wears a variety of casual outfits or the mandatory school uniform. When he was a member of Tokyo Manji Gang, Mitsuya was most often seen wearing its uniform with the white sash.
In high school, Mitsuya has longer hair styled in a mullet. He layers a white shirt over a black long-sleeved garment for his casual outfit. He would later style his hair in a sidecut combed to the right, allowing his dragon tattoo to show on the side of his head. Mitsuya is a calm level-headed person who once served as the main source of positivity in Tokyo Manji Gang. Despite his rough upbringing, he tackles every day with a smile. Mitsuya is a pacifist, preferring to not get into an altercation if possible, but at the same time, will not hesitate to fight to protect what is dear to him.
He has shown an angrier side to him, getting frustrated at Takemichi when he was losing and told him to stay focused.
