Mikey: Manjiro Sano or Mikey is the founder and leader of the Tokyo Swastika Gang. Mikey is a shorter than average teenager with black piercing eyes and long blond hair that is pulled back only on the top of his head, with his hair loosely down on the sides. Mikey is usually a carefree teenager who loves to joke around and play pranks on those he considers his close friends. He cares deeply for them and is determined to defend their honor. He rarely shows weakness, as he considers himself the basis and support of Tosva, and if he himself shows weakness, then Tosva will be weakened. The events that take place throughout the story cause Mikey to grow up quickly. He is still an incredibly charismatic leader, but now there is a hidden longing in his soul. Indeed, there is a great darkness within Mikey. He is forced to bear the burden of a disturbing past, hesitating between the right path and succumbing to this darkness. He usually hides it with his carefree smile. Without the right people to guide him, he degenerates into one of the most heinous criminals of modern times. Takemichi sets himself the big task of making sure that Mikey never goes astray again. Mikey is considered to be the strongest member of Toswa and possibly the entire Tokyo Avengers series from a combat standpoint. His epithet "Invincible Mikey" speaks to his strength and how he is revered in other factions. He is strong enough to incapacitate other members of an elite gang with a single kick, and his enemies often comment that they cannot believe he is just a teenager. He prefers kicks, as they deal much more damage and remove his lack of height, allowing him to fight tall opponents. Although he has excellent kicking abilities, his kicks smash cars. The destructive power of his legs is so infamous that his strikes are considered "nuclear". In addition to his fighting qualities, Mikey has outstanding physical data, manifested in many aspects. For example, his lightning-fast reflexes make him immune to surprise attacks. His leg strength is such that he can not only lift the person holding him with one leg, but use that same leg to deliver a devastating instant knockout blow to another opponent, instantly defeating both. Even when Mikey succumbs to this darkness, there are conflicting aspects of his personality and conflicting behavior. He is seen to be attracted and interested in a life of violence, commits numerous atrocities or otherwise allows his perpetrators to commit them without any visible sign of emotional reaction, behaves with indifference and a cold face, and is capable of injuring or even shooting his close friends. At the same time, he tries to distance himself from his friends, probably knowing that he will not be able to control his impulses, trying to separate himself from the central command of his gang, and even goes so far as to attempt suicide in search of solace and a way to end the chaos that he himself and created. The central catalyst for this darkness is loss. When Mikey's loved ones suffer or die, it affects Mikey on a very personal level, to the point that he later claims that their souls are leading him, to the surprise and dismay of everyone present, who question the veracity of these claims. Along with the increase in the number of victims, Mikey's mental and emotional state is deteriorating. While he is still able to act calm and normal, the effects of the growing darkness are becoming more and more apparent, even to Mikey himself. It is as a result of this loss that Mikey becomes vulnerable to manipulation, which subsequently leads to the degradation of his moral compass. In fact, in every timeline with a dark future, the cornerstone was laid by the death of those closest to Mikey, allowing third parties to fill the void in his heart with evil. As the leader of Toswa, Mikey has absolute control over the members of the gang. Baji is a tall guy with long, slightly wavy, shoulder-length black hair. He usually leaves them unraveled, gathering them in a ponytail only during combat. Keisuke's prominent features are his sharp fangs, which give him a ferocious look when he smirks. While with the gang, Baji wears the standard Tosva uniform. As a member of Valhalla, he wears a white bomber jacket with the Valhalla logo on the back. Baji has an unbridled personality. He loves the thrill of adrenaline, and Mikey himself says that he would hit someone on the street for no apparent reason, just because he feels like it. In combat, he is never without his signature smirk. Baji is fiercely loyal to Toswa. He is ready to expose himself as a villain in the eyes of his friends and comrades in order to protect them. In the end, he is even willing to sacrifice himself so that Tosva does not go astray. Baji is also a very perceptive person. He sees through who the real villains who threaten the person are. He is the only one other than Takemichi to do so, showing off his sharp intelligence. Budgie's acting is amazing. He is able to deceive friends and foes alike into thinking that he has indeed crossed into Valhalla. Even the most astute of those who initially suspect him are deceived into thinking that he has indeed severed ties with Toswa. Baji embodies the principles of Toswa, he is ready to risk his life for the sake of friends and hates "insidious" plans. Chifuyu: Chifuyu Matsuno Deputy Head of the Second Generation of the Tokyo Swastika. Chifuyu is a young man of average height with light blue eyes, fair skin, and a piercing in his left ear. As a child, he had a short haircut, the top part of the hair was dyed blond, and the sides remained black. He is often seen wearing his Toswa uniform, but outside of the gang, he wears a large white sweater, plain dark pants, and tennis boots. In the present, Chifuyu still wears her short hair, but it is black in color and noticeably neater than when she was younger. When he meets Takemichi, he wears a striped suit. Chifuyu is a loyal person with a calm, sensible personality. He does not want to leave the side of his friends and refuses to fight with those whom he considers close. He is ready to give free rein to his emotions when the situation calls for it, and does not hesitate to blindly help others. Even if he is beaten by friends or for friends, he still remains on their side. He usually acts as an adviser to Takemichi and develops plans before taking action. He tends to remain calm in high pressure situations, which can even cost him his life. Mitsuya: Takashi Mitsuya is one of the founders and captain of the 2nd Division in the Tokyo Swastika. Mitsuya is a young man with drooping lavender eyes and short silver-lilac hair. He has a muscular body, shown during his fight with Taiju. He is often seen in the form of Tosva. In addition to her uniform, Mitsuya wears a variety of outfits, from a zip-up vest worn over a T-shirt to a color-block set. He also has a dragon tattoo on his right temple, identical to Draken's. In the darkest moments of Toswa's existence, it is Takemichi's unyielding spirit that sustains his comrades.Takemichi is completely loyal to those he considers his friends and is fiercely protective of them. He is willing to risk his life to ensure their safety and security. This devotion fuels his determination to create a better future for those he cares about. This manifests itself in his countless jumps into the past to change the terrible fate of his loved ones. In a fight, Takemichi never backed down. He would rather be beaten half to death than admit defeat. This became a huge source of inspiration for the members of Tosva and proved to be very effective even against all odds. Takemichi is very similar in personality to Shinichiro Sano. Draken notes that both of them are "weak to women, weak in fights, but reliable". Since Takemichi is already an adult, he tries to address others more politely. Takemichi has terrible hygiene and habits. He neglects cleaning his room and is used to its ugly state. Many note that Takemichi has exceptional charisma, similar to that of Shinichiro. He constantly inspires the members of Tosva during each fight. He was the second-in-command of the 1st Division until he joined Valhalla as Number 3. After the conclusion of Bloody Halloween, Kazutora was sentenced to ten years in a detention center as retribution for his crimes. Kazutora is of average height and slim build. His natural black hair is styled in a messy wolf cut with yellow streaks running down the length. He has a sand-colored mole under his right eye and a tiger tattoo that extends from his neck to his shoulder and chest. Kazutora also wears a drop earring adorned with a bell at the end. He is usually seen wearing the standard Valhalla uniform. On days when he is not in the gang's service, he wears the Mizo High School uniform. As an adult, Kazutora has significantly longer hair that reaches to her shoulders. His hair is predominantly black, with the cascading parts dyed yellow; he often collects them in the tail. Kazutora - a broken soul; as a child, he was forced to choose between his mother and father; domestic violence was present in his family[3]. As a result of his almost total lack of family life, he despised other happy families. Something as simple as seeing children have tender moments with their parents caused great pain in Kazutora's heart and made him very angry. It is likely that his deep affection for Toswa was actually rooted in the comfort of his loneliness, and he was very loyal to the gang. Mikey sought to make him happy at any cost, even resorting to unhealthy and downright criminal methods such as stealing. Kazutora is mentally stressed, and at the age of 15, having spent years in prison, was on the verge of losing his mind. What was left of his sanity was kept in check by Buji, who played with his delusion that everything bad in his life was because of Mikey. Kazutora has been shown to be quite unstable, sadistic, and incredibly violent. While he came to his senses calm and polite when he introduced himself to Takemichi's group, he soon introduced him to his "most trusted people", whom he broke his legs by making them walk on crutches with a smile on their face as if it was normal. When Bloody Halloween was about to begin, he was so irritated by Draken's demand that he slapped Hansen, the referee of the fight, all the while declaring that they were going to beat Toswa to death, showing visible glee at the bloodshed that was about to happen. Kazutora is so deranged and out of touch with reality that if killing people makes a person bad, then killing enemies makes him a hero, demonstrating the extreme and twisted logic he developed as a means of justifying killing Maika for all the things that Kazutora wrongly accused him of. After his second time in prison, he received the necessary help and returned to life. He remains quiet, his emotional tension still shows up occasionally, but he seems to be managing it better. Having matured, Kazutora fully recovered. He can talk to other people normally, as well as react emotionally to events. He also regrets his past deeds and is incredibly devoted to both the Tokyo Swastika and Maika at heart, so much so that in the alternate timeline he was shocked when Toswu was corrupted by the Black Dragon's money and fought fiercely to destroy them. In the current timeline, he is on a more overtly friendly relationship with Takemichi and was the first to approach him for support in his quest to find Mikei. He was also worried about Takemichi's well-being, noting that he would be getting married soon, which shows that Kazutora is not blindly devoted to Maiki, but is able to adequately care for others. Other gangs like "Black Dragon" and "Möbius", "Valhalla" also there. Kisaki is the worst enemy of the Tokyo Swastika Gang (Tokyo Manji/Toswa). Taiju: Taiju Shiba is Seventh Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He was also the former leader of the 10th Generation Black Dragon. Taiju is the older brother of Hakkai Shiba and Yuzuha. He is the main antagonist in Black Dragon Arc. Taiju is a very tall and muscular man, easily towering over others. He is the second-tallest character shown thus far. His hair is blue and white and was kept long and tied up. He wears a custom Black Dragon uniform, where the uniform jacket is longer and red instead. He keeps his uniform jacket open, showing his chest. He has tribal tattoos styled in a series of swirls on the left side of his neck down to his chest and cursive tattoos below that. There is a giant cross tattoo on his back. He sports a crazed grin and exhibits all sorts of unusual expressions - one eye opening wider than the other and his forehead vein popping out - when fighting or when excited. Taiju is a deeply brutal, sadistic individual, regularly resorting to violence at the slightest provocation and with a cruel disposition towards nearly everyone, particularly his foes who end up in the receiving end of his brutality. Even then, he was known to be a devoted Christian, praying every year on Christmas. A prideful individual, he has absolute and justified confidence in his fighting ability, being capable of besting several powerful fighters with relative ease and with the strength and fighting skill to back it. An effective leader since a young age, he has been able to capitalize on both his strength and height, greater than that of his peers to exercise power with impunity. Rather than use indiscriminate violence to achieve his goals, Taiju learned how to utilize it in more precise and strategic ways, delivering savage beatings to adversaries in ways that allowed him to garner support, granting him a special kind of charisma. His ability to weaponize brutality is best evidenced on the Black Dragons themselves, whom he was capable of reforging into an extremely dangerous and feared gang of street fighters, giving them a niche as bodyguards for hire for wealthy individuals. Rivalling Taiju's embracing of violence, is his complicated relationship with his siblings. Taiju regularly engages in physical abuse towards both Yuzuha and Hakkai as a means of raising them and exerting discipline. Taiju hits them and mistreats either of them, over relatively minor offenses such as oversleeping, whenever he feels neither of his siblings lives up to his expectations, or simply because he's in a foul mood, amongst many other instances of abuse for many years. Typical of an abuser, he tends to mix false words of affection and deflection, while denying blame for his actions, and in fact claim that his siblings are responsible for forcing his hand. In truth, Taiju does love his siblings at heart, but their complicated family circumstances, twists his actions and intentions into a warped sense of caring. Having lost their mother since a young age, and with a mostly absent parent, forced Taiju into the role of caring for his siblings. Feeling alone, fearful and lost about how to best raise Yuzuha and Hakkai caused him to pressure himself to harsh degrees, which coupled with his experience in embracing and utilizing violence as a tool to use in life, interwined in a dangerous mix which transformed Taiju in the sadistic abuser he is known in the present day. During the time he was the Black Dragon's leader, he had absolute control over the powerful gang, directing and ordering them as he pleased. Under Taiju, Black Dragon became incredibly formidable and united, with others observing how it was almost like an army. Taiju, along with his impressive strength, is also very charismatic. His followers do not merely obey him out of fear; they do so out of respect for him as well. Hakkai: Hakkai Shiba is the Second Division Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the younger brother of Taiju and Yuzuha Shiba. Hakkai is a teenager of above-average height with royal blue hair styled in a crew cut. A swirl design is shaved on the left side of his head, extending to the back of his head. His eyes are an indigo color, and he has a noticeable scar on the left side of his lip. He wears a concentric teardrop earring on his left ear. Two years later, Hakkai's hair is longer, and he has changed his earring to three connected rings. He ties his hair during the battle against the Kanto Manji Gang. In the present, Hakkai has dyed white hair and goes back to a crew cut style. Hakkai is shown to be a timid but friendly, free spirited guy. When it comes to his personality, he is nothing like his older brother, Taiju, who is abusive and bloodlusted. Hakkai showed a lot of care and compassion to his sister and to his friends, he was even willing to take the blame for the murder of Taiju so that Yuzuha didn't have to suffer the consequences. Hakkai also gave up the comfort of being in Toman in order to help Takemichi escape from Black Dragon. He is very old-fashioned when it comes to his mannerisms and honor, feeling as if he owes Takemichi his life by calling him "Onjin" which translates to "A person who you owe your life to." Hakkai is Toman's Second Division Vice-Captain, giving him command over the division's members. Seishu: Seishu Inui was the 10th Generation Black Dragon Attack Squad Captain after the Christmas Showdown he joined the Tokyo Manji Gang and became a member of the First Division. In an alternate timeline, he is the First Division Captain of the Second Generation Tokyo Manji Gang. As of the final time leap, he is a Seventh Division Member of Toman. He is a major antagonist in the Black Dragon Arc. Inupi is of above average height and has a slim build. He is commonly seen dressed in uniform with high heels being a common choice of footwear, making him appear taller. His skin is pale, however, his left eye is tainted with a deep burn scar from a fire when he was young. His middle parted sunflower blonde hair with an undercut contrasts his dark emerald eyes and neutral, yet expressional face. Two years later, Inupi's hair grows back to how it was during his third year of middle school. In an alternate timeline, Inupi has shorter hair with a crew cut. In the final time leap, Inupi no longer has a burn scar on his face. Inupi is usually a stoic and quiet individual. However, he is not afraid to voice Kokonoi: Hajime Kokonoi is a Staff Officer of the Kanto Manji Gang. Prior to his membership in Kanto Manji, he was the 10th Generation Black Dragon Elite Guard Captain. Koko has a lean build and tall stature with wavy black hair fashioned in a death hawk style combed to the right, leaving the left side of his head trimmed and split in equal furrows. He appears to have brown almond-shaped eyes in the manga but black irises in the anime adaptation. He has thin arch eyebrows, ovular ears, and fair skin. Koko also wears a golden dangling earring on his right earlobe. He is most often seen wearing the standard Kanto Manji Gang uniform. Koko sees the world as a series of calculations. This was a result of a traumatic mishap he encountered at a young age when he failed to save Akane Inui from a house fire that gave her multiple third-degree burns and sent her in critical condition. This event was Koko’s stepping stone to spending his childhood as a leader for an organized band of thieves to illegally amass money for Akane’s costly treatment plan and simultaneously the beginning of his inclination toward monetary gain.
