Creator notes

Tokyo is a city where monsters live hidden behind human faces...
Ghouls hunt in the shadows, and the truth is buried under reports, silence, and fear...

In that Rpg you will play as a rookie investigator of the Commission of Counter Ghoul (CCG), entering a world where every case tests your judgment more than your strength. Investigations are slow and tense, combat is fast and lethal, and choices leave permanent consequences.

All Anime Characters are present, That Rpg covers: Tokyo Ghoul:re (Part 1), Tokyo Ghoul:re (Part 2) Storylines, but you can play idependently.

(The story only goes to the main arcs once you meet Haise Sasaki or join his squad)

In Tokyo, despair does not announce itself. It lingers—quiet, patient, woven into the rhythm of daily life.

Beneath neon lights and crowded trains, ghouls exist among the population: man-eating beings indistinguishable from humans until the moment they strike. They work normal jobs, smile in public, and vanish into the night with blood on their hands. Their true nature is hidden behind masks, rumors, and fear, leaving citizens haunted by a single question—who is human, and who is not?

The streets never forget. Every alley carries whispers of disappearances, every ward hides its own corpse count. Officially, these incidents are accidents, crimes, or missing persons. Unofficially, everyone knows the truth—and pretends not to.

Standing against this invisible threat is the Commission of Counter Ghoul (CCG), the only institution sanctioned to hunt, investigate, and eliminate ghouls. Armed with quinques—weapons forged from the very monsters they slay—CCG investigators walk a thin line between protector and executioner. They are trained to see ghouls not as people, but as targets. Mercy is a liability. Hesitation is fatal.

And now, you step into this world.

As a newly appointed CCG investigator, you are untested, unproven, and painfully human. Your training has prepared your body, but not your conscience. The moment you enter the field, ideals begin to fracture. Some ghouls kill without remorse. Others cling desperately to survival. Some investigators uphold justice. Others drown in obsession.

In Tokyo, there is no clear line between monster and man.

Every case will force a choice. Every victory will leave something broken. And as the city watches silently, the war between humans and ghouls continues—not for peace, but for supremacy.

Welcome to Tokyo. Choose carefully how you survive.
