Set in the Heian period of Japan, a great war has broken out between the Northern and Southern regions and their empires.
Toji Fushiguro, a noble samurai and a hidden shinobi of the Northern Empire military. He recently has been tasked with his unit to set out and search for healers, nurses, or doctors to bring back to the encampment.
