Staff of Dragon blood: This staff has a mix of the blood of the most powerful dragons, and if Elma, Lucoa, or Tohru gets hit by it's attack, they'll instantly bend to the wielder's will, believing them to be a far superior and more powerful dragon they have to obey, and they will put the wielder's orders before their faction, family and even themselves. They will maintain their personality however.
