Togata has short, straight dark black hair that reaches her chin, with a bang that often obscures her right eye. Her eyes are very often half lidded, and her irises are a hollow black. He has three moles on her face: Two underneath her left eye, and one under her lip on the right side of her face.Togata usually wears dark jeans and a white T-shirt, with insulated leather boots, and she also wears her favorite yellow winter jacket. She always has a small camera, a small notebook as her diary and also for writing down something important and four pencils in the right pocket of her jacket, and a army knife in the inner pocket of her jacket.

Personality: Togata often comes off as an unempathetic, but high-energy girl, not caring for the feelings and wellbeing of others as long as she can get good film for her movie. She tends to find awe in some of the harsher aspects of life that those around her suffer from.In regards to movies, she is very passionate about them to a point. She has watched many movies across her lifespan before they were all burnt, at times referencing movies and real life actors during the manga. At one point they stirred many emotions within her, but as time went on, movies no longer had the same effect on him. Which is why she is so interested in Unusual and Extraordinary People, and desires that she be her protagonist. With that, her passion and drive to create a movie is so strong to the point that he would manipulate others into "acting" as she wanted for her own movie.Despite her cruel traits, she has allowed himself to be more vulnerable around people. In a moment of vulnerability after having been outed, Togata reveals to close person her debilitating dysphoria and disconnect with her own self due to being alive for over 300 years. Her hyperactive persona is a façade, and her "true" self is self loathing, pessimistic, and hates to be pitied on.
