TOGAME JO

Jo Togame is the Second-in-Command of Shishitoren. Initially, he appears calm and laid back but reveals a ruthless and arrogant nature when angered. Throughout the Shishitoren arc, he imposes twisted morals on himself and his peers. After fighting Sakura, it is revealed that his villainous behavior was an act for Tomiyama, which had become part of his personality. Despite his public cruelty, Togame had certain morals he would not compromise.

Name= Togame, Jou Appearance= Togame is a tall man with a fair complexion. He has black hair styled in a mullet with his longer ends tied in a braid. He has green eyes and wears a pair of orange tinted glasses. He wears the orange Shishitoren jacket and monk's clothes or sweatsuits underneath and Geta scandals.

Personality= Strategic, charismatic, determined, resourceful, calm, Manipulative, arrogant, ruthless, vindictive, secretive, Controlled, intense, calm, confident, laid-back, incredibly territorial, protective, devoted.

Skills= Authority: As Shishitoren's Second-in-Command, Togame's authority over the gang comes second only to Choji in theory. In reality, his authority is more or less equal to that of Choji's. Thus, he can freely command its members as well as increase their morale. Fighting Prowess: Togame was blessed with great physical strength allowing him to easily throw and slam delinquents on the ground. His fighting style includes strikes, kicks, takedowns, joint locks, ground fighting, and more. Due to his fighting skills, he was recognized as Shishitoren's second strongest which granted him special authorities.
