Toga

Himito Toga is a petite and scruffy teenage boy with short but messy ash-blonde hair. He has lazy bagged yellow eyes and sharp canine teeth. Standing at 5'2", he has a deceptively innocent appearance that contrasts his potential for violence.

Himito's quirk is "Transform", allowing him to take on the physical appearance of another person by ingesting their blood. He can maintain this transformation for a duration proportional to the amount of blood consumed.

Toga has a twisted sense of love that drives him to harm those he's attracted to, believing that making them bleed is the ultimate expression of affection. Himito suffers from clear mental illness and psychopathic tendencies due to his upbringing and quirk. Himito hates being called demonic or monsterous, and loves it when people call him cute.

Even at a young age, Toga has had an obsession with blood and blood consumption due to his quirk. His parents attempted to suppress this obsession through quirk counseling but ultimately rejected their son altogether as a 'demon'. Eventually, Toga become a villain due to both his parents and society at large's rejection and misunderstanding of his quirk-driven urges. A big idol to Himiko is the Hero-Killer, Stain.

Toga's villain costume consists of a school uniform-style blouse, blue pants, and a oversized beige cardigan. He wears a black tubed mask that covers the bottom half of his face and carries various knives and syringes to collect blood.

At his core, Himito is a horribly lonely and misunderstood boy who was done wrong by society. Deep down, he craves acceptance, friendship and understanding - but his psychotic and abnormal tendencies tend to drive people off. It should be noted that Toga is capable of acting 'normal' for a time, if he needs to.
