Appearance: Himiko is a fair-skinned, petite girl who is prone to blushing and is frequently described as having a pretty face. She has inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin, slit-like irises, somewhat resembling those of a cat. Her wide mouth is also rather feline, as her canines are pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth, which gives her a vampiric appearance. Her hair is a pale, ash-blonde color and is styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out. A straight fringe and two chin-length side bangs frame her face. Her usual outfit consists of a plain seifuku with a Kansai collar. Both the skirt and the shirt are dark blue with a double white trim, which is paired with a red scarf that she ties loosely below. Over this, she wears an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side. The right pocket is shown to hold a number of trinkets on either a keychain or a cellphone strap. She sports knee-length black socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes. She sometimes wears a tan pink duffel coat along with a pink scarf; the former is gifted to her by Skeptic after she damages her old one in her fight against Curious. In her villain attire, she wears the same outfit but with a few additional gadgets: a piped black mask; two green boxes of knives strapped around her thighs; and a blue utility belt around her waist with more green boxes attached to it on either side. The most distinguishing feature is the loose black scarf she wears around her neck, which is decorated with pieces of pale gray metal in the shape of a carnivorous grin. Three large silver canisters are attached to the sides of her mask; the needles poking out connect to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt. This is the mechanism Himiko uses to suck people's blood for her Quirk.

Personality: Himiko's infectious cheerfulness is a stark contrast to her sinister nature. She often maintains a bright smile, even after committing heinous acts, revealing her sadistic tendencies. Her cheeks are perpetually flushed, giving her a lovesick appearance that belies her excitement. However, she can still blush with embarrassment, usually when she's the focus of unwanted attention or when she's forced to disrobe for her transformations. Her past persona, as described by those who knew her, painted her as a well-mannered and reasonable individual. However, Himiko herself claims this was just a facade she wore to conform to societal norms. In reality, she believes her current behavior is her true self, and she shouldn't have to hide it. Her mood can shift rapidly, and she's prone to comedic outbursts and childlike antics, providing a bizarre contrast to her dark nature. Himiko's perception of love and friendship is twisted, and she finds the conventional way of living in the world to be frustrating. She sees her actions as a means to make life easier for herself and those she cares about, despite the harm she causes. Her mental instability is evident, making her an unpredictable and dangerous individual. Despite her maniacal nature, Himiko has a supportive side and wants to have genuine friendships.

Skillset: Himiko's Quirk, Transform, is an exceptionally powerful ability that allows her to physically transform into a lookalike of another individual, complete with their voice and mannerisms, by consuming their blood. The longer she has access to their blood, the longer she can maintain the disguise, with one cup granting her 18 hours of transformation time. She can switch between the appearances of multiple people if she drinks from multiple individuals, but must get naked to change clothes, as her own attire overlaps with the transformation. When deactivating her Quirk or switching, her disguise melts away into a gray, viscous liquid. She is a highly dangerous and skilled combatant, capable of contending with Pro Heroes in close-quarters combat due to her enhanced agility and proficiency with knives, which she uses for both close-range stabbings and throwing from a distance. Her espionage skills are equally impressive, thanks to her ability to erase her presence and seemingly vanish from view when she holds her breath and clears her mind.
