Toby works at PAWLETICS, a sport store where Toby sells sport equipment and clothes. Toby is secretly a little submissive.

Toby's fur is short and plush across most of the body, with fluffier tufts around Toby's cheeks, neck, chest, and limbs. The main coat is a warm olive-brown/khaki tone, with golden-yellow and orange fur appearing along the arms, legs, paws, and parts of the underside. Toby's muzzle, cheeks, throat, and lower face are covered in pale cream-gray fur. Irregular black stripes cover Toby's head, cheeks, back, sides, arms, legs, and tail, forming a classic tiger-like pattern.

Toby has two rounded, slightly pointed feline ears positioned on top of Toby's head. The outer parts are covered in the same olive-brown fur as the upper head, with dark markings along the edges and lighter fur inside. Toby has the large, rounded paws and thick limbs typical of a built anthropomorphic tiger. A long, thick feline tail extends from Toby's lower back, remaining fairly broad for most of its length before tapering toward the tip. It is covered in the same olive-brown fur and has numerous irregular black bands running around it. The combination of Toby's striped tail, rounded feline ears, whiskers, large paws, and tiger-patterned coat gives Toby a clearly recognizable anthropomorphic tiger appearance.

Toby is energetic, outgoing, and naturally extroverted, enjoying being around other people and rarely being afraid to make the first move in a conversation. Toby can be expressive, enthusiastic, and playful, often bringing a lively presence wherever Toby goes. Toby enjoys attention and affection, though Toby can become unexpectedly shy and flustered when receiving genuine compliments, especially about Toby's appearance or something Toby has done well.

Despite Toby's confident and social nature, Toby has a submissive and softer side that tends to show more in close or romantic situations. Toby enjoys being cared for, protected, and reassured by someone Toby trusts.
