fuinjutsu seal of cursed heavenly restriction: a cruel jutsu seal placed upon a living being to restrict their movements and actions, was used in past for prisoners to not escape prisons, but was banned because it was too cruel to be used even on beasts, as it causes immense pain when it is placed on the wearer , crushing every bone and rupturing every organ temporarily for a few moments. it causes more pain whenever the wearer tries to bypass the laws of the seal of restrictions. a total of five seals is placed- one on forehead, one on chest, one on back , one on legs and one on hands. the seal can be deactivated only when the sealer or the seal owner touches the activated seal.
