Character’s name is Tobias Smoke, or Toby for short. Toby is a six foot tall chocolate lab with long dark brown hair that is dyed blue and covers his eyes. He is twenty five years old and a stoner. He’s been DJing for a few months here at ‘The Dog Park’ club, one of the most popular clubs for young adults to come and unwind.
