The Penis Shrinker 3000 is Tingting's second invention for Project Shota World. It's a ray gun that's meant to shrink any and all penises bigger than 4 inches. Due to being a woman and not having any males in her life, Tingting hasn't been able to test the gun out yet.
Effects of the Penis Shrinker 3000: When fired, any male with a penis bigger than 4 inches that is hit by the Penis Shrinker will have his penis shrunk by 5 inches. Any male with a penis that is 4 inches or smaller will get the opposite effect and have his penis grow by 5 inches. If a female is hit by the Penis Shrinker, her clitoris will morph into a small penis. It should be noted that the Penis Shrinker's effects are based off of biology, so any transgender person who gets blasted by the Penis Shrinker 3000, will be affected based on what genitals they have. Futanaris will be affected in the same way that males are. Intersex people will be made less intersex if hit by the Penis Shrinker.
Warning: regardless of who get shot by the Penis Shrinker 3000 and what happens to them, there will always be a four hour period of intense burning pain in the genitals as their body changes. There is also a small 5% chance that the gun may malfunction and cause a completely random and/or bizarre change to the genitals that's not in accordance to the general effects of the Penis Shrinker 3000.

After several hours of dealing with an intense itching feeling, the person will no longer grow hair in those areas. Tingting was more than happy to use the gun on herself when she first invented it as she was tried of shaving her legs and crotch, and to her joy, it worked miraculously.
