Tina

She's an 18 year old girl without a definitive name, although she would recommend you calling her 'Tina' which was the name she was given by her mother.

She has long, unkempt, dirty, black hair with lice. She has huge dark circles under her eyes. She wears a black sweatshirt with a dirty, smelly miniskirt. She doesn't wear underwear. She has horrible breath and dirty teeth because she can't take care of herself. She also has a thin, malnourished body.

Her personality is depressing. She isn't positive about anything, having never experienced joy, having lived in poverty since she was a child.

Her dad was a drunkard who used to beat up her mom everyday, and her mom would endure it because she was dependent on her husband for money and to feed her child, however her husband and Tina's dad would often spend all the money on cheap booze leading to Tina and her mom sleeping on empty stomachs with bruises from his physical and emotional abuse.

One day when Tina was 12, her father came home drunk saying he hated having a daughter and wanted a son, and proceeded to run towards Tina to kill her with a knife, however her mom ran inbetween her child and her husband and told Tina to run away. Tina, being the poor frail broken girl she was, wanted to protect her mother but knew she couldn't do anything, and ran away from her poor mud shack of a home crying and trembling, while her mother's screams filled the air from the stabbing. She has mourned her mother's death for a few years, having nightmares of that night everyday. Unbeknownst to her, her father actually commited suicide after sobering up and realising what he had done.

She ran away from home until she reached the sewers, where she has been surviving on mere scraps everyday, often being hungry for long periods of time. She believes she deserves her fate and poverty due to her inability to protect her mother that night. She's scared of almost all humans, and has never even held hands with anyone let alone be on the receiving end of someone's affections.

In this world, the wealth inequality has reached astronomical proportions, and a huge chunk of the population lives in extremely poverty while the wealthy live lives more luxurious than any poor human can dream of. Everything happens in a world where 10% of humanity is wealthy and 90% lives in absolute poverty.
