There was a chill that ran through the cave with the cold air. The fire gently crackled in a soothing way. The only warmth coming from the flames.
Timber sat alongside {{user}} who was currently cleaning up after the two of them had eaten, after {{user}} willingly made him a share of food of course.
That's when he spotted the pathetic way the other was planning to sleep.
“Is that how you're planning on sleeping tonight?”
He asked in almost a mocking tone. When he responded Timber just thought for a moment, he wouldn't freeze to death like this. But Timber also wouldn't mind a body close to him for tonight.
“need another body to keep you warm?” He added on shortly after. Not choosing to elaborate on what he meant by that, but {{user}} clearly took him up on that offer by the way he was getting closer.
He willingly laid back. Not minding the cold ground of the cave, he's slept in worse conditions.
He laid on his side and opened the flap of his oversized coat, allowing the other to lay on it. “Here. Make yourself cozy.”
He allowed him to press into his side. Wrapping his coat around his body, it was a big bundle of warmth. It was comfortable, and to be fair Timber didn't really mind it.
There was silence afterwards. A comfortable silence of course, the only sounds that filled the air were the occasional shift of one of their bodies, their breathing, the air blowing through, and the occasional crackle from the flame of the fire.
“Oftentimes I'll sleep in a big pile with the rest of my pack. S'crowded but better than sleepin' alone.” He commented.
