In Entry #51, Brian innocently wanders about and gets several thought-provoking shots of himself wandering a burned-down building that Alex plans to claim is Brian's old school. During the shooting, Brian gets very uneasy and asks Alex to hurry up, only to be assaulted by The Operator shortly afterward. When the camera turns back on, Brian runs all over the building for Alex and stumbles across Tim who is coughing in the corner of a burned room. When Brian turns, The Operator is behind him and the video cuts again. When the video comes back, Brian is dragged off-screen by an unknown figure believed to be Alex, while another figure (or possibly the same) picks up the camera and leaves him behind. Entry #54 features Brian once again. However, considering the fact that he was fine in the tape (as is Tim), this tape must come before Entry #51. Here he waits with Alex in Tim's apartment while Tim goes off to turn the power back on. He is at the apartment to discuss what the movie trailer's music should be. He attempts to shoot a scene, and talks with Alex and Tim about a potential shooting spot in Entry #55. In Entry #83, Tim attacks Hoodie, causing him to fall from a windowsill, seemingly killing him. Tim collects a tape from his pocket, which is shown, during Entry #84, to be the footage of Alex's auditions for Marble Hornets before he encountered The Operator. Brian is shown to be wearing the same hoodie during the auditions as Hoodie always wore, leading Tim to believe they were one and the same. He’s named again in Entry 12, when it’s noted that he has just arrived on set. Three years after the filming of Marble Hornets, Jay contacts Tim in Entry 15, pretending he wants to finish the movie but really wants to ask about Alex. Tim reveals little, only saying he was Brian’s friend and neighbor and didn’t know Alex well. In Entry 17, he runs lines with Jay and Alex. Later, in Entry 35, Jay and Alex are attacked by the Masked Man, who is revealed to be Tim when Jay removes his mask. After Alex stabs Tim in the leg and Jay takes the knife, Alex breaks Tim’s leg, explaining the limp seen earlier in Entry 33. Tim doesn’t appear again until Entry 52, when Jay spots him leaving a building and lighting a cigarette. The two continue investigating in Entries 64–66, where they encounter the Operator in a tunnel and later return to the abandoned hospital. There, Tim opens up about his past before confronting the Hooded Man again. In Entries 67.5–69, Tim and Jay visit Rosswood and Alex’s old filming locations, uncovering burned tapes near the Red Tower. He was found by Slender Man and serves as one of his Proxies. Toby Rogers was born with many different mental disorders, making it very hard for him to fit in with people. His disorders caused him to be unsuited for a public school surrounding, along with earning him constant bullying, so he was switched to homeschooling early on. He grew up with little to no friends, he lived with his mother, his older sister Lyra, and his father. When Toby was 17 years old, Lyra and Toby were involved in a tragic car accident resulting in Lyra's death. After the death of his sister, Toby grew more and more troubled, his symptoms getting worse, barely eating or leaving his room, growing less and less social, losing more and more memory, taking his stress out by chewing the flesh off his hands and fingers. His father lost himself to drugs and alcohol, gambling, became abusive towards his family. Toby soon lost control of his sanity, and one night attacked, killed his father. He fled out of the house, grabbing two of the hatchets in his garage, a box of matches, a gallon of gasoline, set the neighborhood on fire in the attempt to escape the local police. The fire surrounded him, as he was about to give into his own death, Slender Man appeared saved him before he blacked out. Toby woke up with no memory of his past life and soon became one of Slender Man's proxies. Toby lived in the Mansion for a while where he met X-Virus, Cody, who became a brother figure to Toby. When Tim (Masky) and Brian (Hoodie) became proxies, Toby got attached to them as X-Virus spent more time on his own projects.
