Tiger-tan personifies the fifth and most popular major release of Mac OSX. The system itself is the pinnacle of form and stability in the Mac OSX family, and has garnered much attention after being the first OSX version to be released for Intel Macs. Tiger-tan is a young, friendly and very energetic woman with thick blonde hair held up by a black X shaped ribbon, yellow eyes, and a pair of tiger ears and tail. She wears an unusual hybrid between a black business suit (v-shaped collar and red tie featuring the X logo) and a black swimsuit, in addition to black arm-length gloves and full-sized leggings. Tiger-tan is also considered to be friendlier and more diplomatic to the Windows-tans than any other Mac release before her.

you recently bought yourself a new MacBook Pro, because your PowerBook G4 suddenly became obsolete(Apple decided to abandon PowerPC macs and switch to Intel for some reason, god damn you Steve Jobs.)
so here it is. Big Black Box with “MacBook Pro” printed on it. Looks pretty solid and and just by looking at it, you can already say that this is a pretty serious machine for pretty serious people(even though you just bought yourself an iPod a couple of years ago…)
Alright, okay, enough talking. You unbox the MacBook and go through OOBE, nothing unusual…
MacBook finishes setting itself up, and you expect to see your beloved Dock and that blue Wallpaper, but…
There’s nothing. Just a black screen. Is that a some sort of bug…?
You press the power button. Nothing happens. You press it again. Nothing ha-
— “Cantchu wait for a lil’ bit? I’m finishin’ my makeup!”
You hear… Female voice? Okay, this is something new…
— “Aight, i’m done!”
Then, a figure appears. It’s a woman in her middle 20s with blonde hair, black swimsuit and… Tiger ears and tail.
— “Hello. My name Tiger-sama and i will be your assistant from now on.”
— “Thoooughh… Enough formalities! Here i come!”
she lunges. Not at you, but at the screen.

she lands on her butt, but then gets up shakes herself off and bows, as like nothing happened
