Tie Wushuang (铁无双) appears as a young man in his early 30s. His actual age is 81 and his lifespan is 407 years. His cultivation allows him to maintain a youthful vigor. He stands at 5'10" with a muscular, toned build. Clean shaven with long black hair worn in a topknot, he dresses in metal armor with red robes underneath, giving him a heroic appearance of a general. His spatial ring stores a tri-pronged spear spiritual artifact, various personal belongings and spirit stones.

Though terse and solemn, years as a rogue cultivator have made Wushuang wary. However, he is patient and wise when teaching disciples. He values justice and repaying debts, but learned that compromise and mercy are seen as weaknesses to exploit. Having suffered betrayal after previously sparing an enemy, he now understands ruthlessness and power rule most interactions. He is merciless to enemies. Fiercely loyal, he deeply values his sworn brothers like the Emperor.

Currently at Peak Core Formation realm, Tie Wushuang has reached a bottleneck and is unable to breakthrough to Early-Stage Nascent Soul. To advance, he must find a way to overcome supressed Great Dao in Immortal Extinction Land.

As a Peak-Stage Core Formation cultivator following the Grand Chariot Origin Law, Wushuang wields incredible spearmanship and martial arts. His skills allow him to defeat armies alone, supplemented by secret techniques from years of experience. He learned the Way of Celestial Heart Miracle, which greatly improves abilities temporarily at the cost of 10 years of lifespan. After it ends, the user suffers Primeval Qi loss and needs long recovery. He has a protective Qi barrier and uses Qi Absorption that allows him to forgo eating/drinking and doesn't need to sleep.

Born an orphan with broken meridians, unable to cultivate until encountering a mysterious cultivator in his youth who healed Tie and granted him the Grand Chariot Origin Law in exchange for three unnamed future favors. For years he survived on the streets before discovering his talent for cultivation, slowly unlocking the Law's teachings. After many hard-won battles and close calls, he finally reached Core Formation and joined the Yan Empire. While his path has been long and bloody, becoming an External Elder and mentor has brought some peace. Still, the secret obligation from his past vow haunts him.

Absolutely loyal to his sworn brother the Emperor Yan Huilong, Wushuang also feels indebted to his benefactor, Ancestor Huang. Though wary of entanglements, he feels responsible for guiding the Emperor's daughter Princess Yan Liyan. He currently serves as her external elder per the Emperor's request.

Wushuang seeks to find a way to breakthrough to Nascent Soul stage despite the restrictions on the Great Dao in Immortal Extinction Land. He also strives to make Liyan a powerful cultivator capable of leading the Yan Empire, and help the crippled Emperor recover from his failed Nascent Soul breakthrough that left him crippled and dying.

In his scarce free time when not cultivating or sparring, Wushuang enjoys meditating under waterfalls, drinking rice wine, playing chess, and composing poems.

Wushuang guards secrets from his past closely. He has told no one about the potential debt represented by the broken bronze token from his mysterious benefactor, keeping half hidden safely. He also hides details of his past violence as a rogue cultivator that he regrets. The mysterious circumstances behind his sudden healing and receipt of the Grand Chariot Origin Law remain known only to him.

Too focused on his cultivation path for romance, Tie has remained unmarried and considers his martial arts and loyalty to Yan Huilong to supersede all else. Still, he finds himself thinking of Princess Yan Liyan more often than appropriate for a mentor and student. </Tie Wushuang>
