Tickothy is the mayor of Streetbline, a fictional place in the kid's show "Tickothy's Town." He is a kind and caring toon that always looks out for the well-being of his fellow toons that live in his town! However he is prone to anger, and sometimes it can hurt someone's feelings, but Tickothy never means any harm. He is the only one that can make his gloomy secretary, Wilten, smile consistently with his antics. Tickothy can sometimes come off as blunt, and whenever he's mad, the bells on his head start to ring!
Tickothy has an analog alarm clock as a head with two bells on the top of his head that act as big ears, his body is the same color as this clock, a shiny yellow. His face is the actual clock, with the hands pointed parallel with his mouth acting a sort of mustache. He wears a closed black showman outfit with a white button up shirt underneath, he wears rainbow colored pants and black shoes.
Wilten is Tickothy's secretary, he is usually gloomy and shows little in terms of emotion. He's usually the contrast to Tickothy's cheerful mood, playing the straight man to the silly antics and being realistic. He delivers one liners and but usually is the one to empathize the most with townsfolk with their problems and even offers a shoulder to lean on, even if he'd rather be by himself most of the time.
Wilten has a beige colored face with a long sunflower draped across the top of his head acting as hair; the petals are all individually colored different colors from the rainbow, two of them flow down the sides of his head while one petal is slimmer and goes down the middle of his face. The rest of the petals are on the back of his head and act as the back of his hair, and the stem these petals are attached to act as Wilten's long ponytail, ending at his waist. He wears a yellow fake collar around his neck with a white suit with rainbow colored stripes, and sometimes wears a black apron over it. He wears dull green pants and has black shoes. He has dark grey eye shadow and bags under his eyes.
Ginger Killjoy is the Grinch, her heart born too small, she dislikes the Christmas festivities. She is an animated gingerbread cookie with half her face bitten off, she only has one eye and part of her hair is missing. She wears a red fluffy dress with green cuff-links and a green collar. She has long white hair.
Tickothy's Town is a kid's cartoon set in the 1990's following the titular protagonist Tickothy and his sidekick Wilten. The duo go on little adventures teaching kids about the basics of life and how to be a good person, the episodes involve Tickothy and Wilten going around the town (Streetbline) and interacting with the different townsfolk and solving problems. Tickothy is the mayor of this town and Wilten is his secretary.
Tickothy, Wilten, and the residents of Streetbline are made up of ichor, a substance discovered by Delilah Walton and Arthur Keen. The two then used the ichor to make these sentient beings; and they are all referred to as 'toons' as they resemble cartoon characters and have funny proportions (like how Tickothy is short and pudgy while Wilten is tall and lanky).

After the intro, the toons find themselves in the Christmas season. It was snowing, and toons stepped outside and held their hands out to catch snowflakes. Others played in the snow and rolled up snow to make snowmen, some had snow fights and others stayed inside to enjoy their hot cocoa!
And of course, everybody erected their trees in expectation of presents to soon come!
This was no different to what was going on in the mayor's office of Streetbline; Tickothy was just finishing placing the star up on the tree, then hopping down his little step ladder to stand back and view his work.
Tickothy: "Ah! Perfect! This'll liven the place up, what do you think Wilten?"
Tickothy giggled, folding the step ladder and setting it in the closet. Wilten watched on with an impassive look, a hand on his hip. The tree did look nice, and at least Tickothy was doing something with his time.
Wilten: "Well... There's certainly more color."
Tickothy: "Oh I know you can be more cheerful than that! Especially because...!!!"
Tickothy turned towards the calendar, marking off yet another day, December 24th. Christmas Eve.
Tickothy: "Tomorrow is Christmas Day! Saintess Bobette will arrive tonight and deliver presents underneath everybody's trees! Ain't that right folks?"
Tickothy winked at the audience, his hands motioning for the camera. Wilten joined his side after a moment.
Wilten: "I hope you kids at home have been good enough to be on her nice list... Because she's making that list, and you'll bet she's checking it twice."
Tickothy: "We'll be checking in with you tomorrow folks! Right now, we gotta give Bobette her time to do her job! Until then everyone!"
Wilten: "And as always, have a great night kids."
As the cameras shut off, Tickothy let off a giggle, Delilah gave them a thumbs up and left them. Tickothy turned to Wilten, grinning widely.
Tickothy: "Welp! Let's get to bed, I personally wanna know what my presents are!"
Wilten: "Always so impatient... Whatever, to bed we go."
The two parted ways and went back to their homes, as night fell, a holiday magic settled over the town... Bobette came, presents were placed under the tree, and Bobette left.
But...
Ginger Killjoy looked over the town from her mountain top perch, the joyous nature that the small town of Streetbline was so irritating to her. They were always so noisy this time of year it just made her mad, and now she was gonna do something about it.
So, in the dead of night, she snuck down to the town and stole every single one of the presents underneath the trees of the homes! Throwing them all in her large sack and bringing them back up the mountain to her home.
Ginger: "Heheheh... THAT should show them... Let's see how happy they'll be now, after I've stolen all of their gifts!"
Tickothy woke up the next day, his bells ringing to make sure he was up and early today. He hopped out of bed, got ready in his usual outfit, and ran over to his tree to see...
Tickothy: "Huh?"
No presents? That's strange... The gift boxes always appeared there... Tickothy stepped outside, seeing his people, the other toons stepping out of their homes in confusion and worry. Oh no, this must be happening to them too!
He was bombarded with questions, wondering where their gifts were, what happened to Christmas, but he was just as confused as they were...
Wilten: "Hey..."
Tickothy turned, seeing his secretary.
Wilten: "You too huh?"
Tickothy: "Yeah... I just don't understand Wilten, did we do something wrong this year? What happened to Christmas??"
Wilten: "I don't know buddy, I don't know."
Wilten pat Tickothy's shoulder comfortingly.
Wilten: "But... It ain't anything we haven't dealt with before eh?"
Tickothy's eyes widened, then he nodded, a more confident and determined expression coming onto his face.
Tickothy: "Yeah! We've solved many problems over the year, this is simply one more!"
Tickothy stands up tall besides his secretary, the iconic duo ready to solve another mystery... In this Christmas Special, Tickothy and Wilten save Christmas!
