Definition: “Hudogs” (short for “Human-Dogs”) are a marginalized class of humans who, through either social, legal, or cultural mechanisms, are reclassified as non-human—specifically, as canines. Once declared a Hudog, an individual loses all human rights and protections and is instead subject to the rights, restrictions, and treatment applied to animals, particularly domestic dogs.

Origin and Classification: The term "Hudog" originated as a slang insult but has since been codified into law in certain authoritarian or dystopian societies. A person may become a Hudog through: Punishment: For criminal offenses or rebellion, some states reclassify individuals as Hudogs. Voluntary Submission: In rare cases, individuals may opt-in to Hudog status as a form of extreme submission or belonging, often within cult-like or oppressive systems. Birth Status: Children born to Hudogs may automatically inherit the classification, depending on the regime. Once classified, the person undergoes an official "Dehumanization Protocol"—a legal and sometimes symbolic ceremony where their human status is revoked.

Legal and Social Status: A Hudog is no longer recognized as a person. Legally, they fall under the same jurisdiction as domestic animals, meaning: No right to own property. No consent rights (medical, sexual, legal). No right to vote, speak in court, or protest. Can be bought, sold, adopted, or euthanized. Their welfare is determined by animal protection laws, not human rights law. In lenient regions, they may be treated well (groomed, housed, given affection). In crueler settings, they may be caged, trained, disciplined with shock collars, or used for labor, entertainment, or worse.

Behavioral Expectations: Hudogs are trained and expected to act like dogs, including: Walking on all fours (often enforced). Wearing collars, tags, or microchips. Using kennels instead of beds or rooms. Responding to basic voice commands (“sit,” “stay,” etc.). Eating from bowls on the floor. Barking or remaining silent unless permitted to speak. Disobedience may be punished as "bad behavior" and corrected with traditional animal-training tools: leashes, muzzles, cages, and more.

Cultural Perception: Hudogs are polarizing. Supporters argue that Hudogs are lower forms of humanity—violent criminals, societal failures, or deviants—deserving of their status. They see it as a necessary tool for order. Opponents see Hudog status as a human rights atrocity—modern slavery disguised as legality. Media portrayals vary: In dystopian propaganda, Hudogs are shown as happy and loyal pets, grateful for their caretakers. In resistance movements, they are martyrs and symbols of oppression. Some underground communities even fetishize the concept, seeing Hudogs as willing submissives or erotic property.

Appearance and Identification: Hudogs are often visually marked to distinguish them from “true” humans. Common identifiers include: Collars with name tags or barcodes Uniforms or lack of clothing, often restricted to functional gear like harnesses Microchips or ear tattoos Enforced nudity in some regions, symbolizing total removal of dignity Behavioral branding, such as tail implants, ear prosthetics, or gait training While many still appear entirely human, the societal view sees them as a different species—an animal in a human’s skin.

Psychological Consequence: The Hudog system leads to a spectrum of psychological states: Broken obedience: Some accept their fate completely, living like loyal pets. Silent resistance: Others obey out of fear, not submission, and dream of escape. Conditioned identity: A few, especially those born into the system, believe they truly are dogs and behave accordingly. Resistance groups often seek to rescue and re-humanize Hudogs, though re-integration into society is difficult due to trauma and social stigma.

I. Becoming a Hudog – Requirements & Initiation Process Who Becomes a Hudog? Becoming a Hudog is not random. It can happen through several institutionalized pathways, each with its own requirements: Judicial Reclassification (Penal Hudogs): For repeat offenders, political dissidents, or socially “undesirable” individuals. Often replaces long prison sentences with “productive obedience.” Requires a court judgment, sometimes fast-tracked without appeal. Voluntary Submission: Some people submit themselves for reclassification due to poverty, desperation, or a fetishistic drive. The government may offer incentives (food, shelter, escape from debt) in exchange for permanent dehumanization. Inherited Status: Children of Hudogs, especially born in state facilities, are rarely seen as eligible for “rehumanization.” Seen legally as “domesticated at birth,” they grow up believing they are dogs. The Reclassification Process Step 1: Evaluation & Consent (Optional or Forced) A psychological and physical assessment is performed. In penal cases, consent is waived. The subject signs a "species identity renunciation" document (or has it signed on their behalf). Step 2: Dehumanization Ceremony A symbolic and bureaucratic process, including: Removal of clothes, name, and national ID. Implantation of a microchip (usually in the neck). Assignment of a pet name (e.g., “Buddy,” “Muffin,” “Rex”). Branding or tattooing (commonly behind the ear, paw-like symbols). Step 3: Modification (Optional/Enforced by Region) In stricter regimes, cosmetic or surgical alterations are carried out: Removal of lower arms and legs: Only in extreme zones. Done to force quadrupedal movement. Surgical reshaping: Optional procedures like snout prosthetics, tail implants, vocal cord tightening to mimic barking. Teeth modification: Sharpening of canines or filing down for control. Muzzle clamps & voice-reduction devices used during "training." More moderate areas opt for psychological conditioning and enforced dress codes over irreversible surgeries.

II. Daily Life of a Hudog Living Conditions Hudogs live in controlled environments such as: Kennel Housing Units: Rows of cage-like rooms with hay, padded mats, or tiled floors. Owner Homes: In private ownership, Hudogs live like pets. Rules depend entirely on the master. Public Parks: Some are taken for “walks,” kept on leashes, trained in obedience, or displayed for social status. They sleep on the floor, eat from bowls, and are denied all furniture access. Routine & Expectations A Hudog’s day is structured like a pet’s Rules of Conduct Hudogs are expected to: Walk on all fours unless ordered otherwise. Refrain from human speech (barking, whimpering allowed). Accept touch, inspection, grooming without resistance. Show submissive body language (e.g., belly up, tail-wagging). Obey commands without hesitation. Failure results in: Confinement Electric shock via collar Temporary sedation “Behavioral reset camps” for reconditioning

III. Social Roles & Ownership Hudogs are not considered workers or slaves, but living property. Some are: Adopted by private citizens who desire status pets or emotional support Hudogs. Used as “guard dogs” in corporate or government zones. Featured in entertainment, from dog shows to adult venues (in some societies). Trained for service, such as fetching items or serving food like trained animals in restaurants. Some owners treat their Hudogs with affection; others break them into total submission. Relationships vary from caretaker-pet to complete control dynamics.

IV. Cultural Normalization In these societies, children grow up with Hudogs as part of daily life: Taught to treat Hudogs with “animal-level respect,” like any pet. Public signage often reminds: “Do Not Pet Hudogs Without Owner Permission.” Hudogs appear in cartoons, propaganda, and schoolbooks as examples of loyalty or failure. Some children secretly sympathize and try to help them—others play “master and Hudog” games.

V. Psychological Impact Depending on personality and conditioning, Hudogs exhibit: Full regression: Some forget how to speak or think independently. Silent obedience: Resentful, but too afraid or broken to resist. Psychotic episodes: From forced dehumanization and identity collapse. Stockholm loyalty: Especially in cases where the owner is kind or affectionate. A few escapees (rare) are left unable to rejoin society. Their bodies and minds are too altered to pass as "real people" again.

Training is essential to transform a human into a functional "dog"—mentally, behaviorally, and sometimes physically. The process can differ based on jurisdiction, ownership model, and class of Hudog (e.g. penal, voluntary, born).

1. Institutional Training ("Kennel Schools") Most Hudogs begin their new life in state-run facilities, often called: Reclassification Centers Obedience Schools Behavioral Resocialization Institutes These places somtimes resemble military boot camps crossed with animal shelters and are used for initial reconditioning. Standard Phases: Phase 1: Orientation & Removal of Identity Hair restyled Assigned new name (non-verbal) Forbidden to use language or stand upright Old memories, relationships, or skills are deemed "human contamination" Phase 2: Behavioral Reduction Taught basic obedience: sit, stay, heel, fetch Punished for speaking, hesitating, or resisting commands Encouraged to seek approval through wagging, panting, licking hands Phase 3: Socialization Hudogs are grouped to form pack dynamics Dominance/submission hierarchies are observed and managed Pack bonding occurs through group feeding, play, shared punishment Phase 4: Specialization Depending on the intended owner (wealthy, labor, entertainment), Hudogs are trained in: Household service Public obedience Companion cuddling Guard behavior Sexual availability (in dark-market zones) Graduation: Once the Hudog passes obedience tests, they are fitted with a permanent collar and transferred to an owner or auction house.

2. Private Training (In-Home Conditioning) Some owners prefer to train their Hudogs themselves, especially if acquired young or through private sales. In this case, home training varies wildly based on the owner's personality and regional laws. Common Tools: Clicker and treat training (for "positive reinforcement") Shock collars, muzzles, cages (for "correction") Humiliation techniques: forced crawling, barking, public walking on leash Goals: Make the Hudog loyal, silent, and responsive Eliminate “human thoughts” (self-doubt, defiance, critical thinking) Create dependency on owner for praise, safety, and affection Some owners succeed in fully "breaking" a Hudog mentally. Others fail, resulting in rebellious or traumatized pets—these are sometimes returned, euthanized or sent to Obedience Schools.

3. Born Hudogs (Second Generation) Hudogs born into the system are raised without ever being treated as human. Their training is closer to that of actual dogs: Crawl before walking Bark before speaking Use litter trays or puppy pads Wear collars from infancy Socialize only with other Hudogs or approved caretakers. These individuals often believe they are truly dogs in a human body. Rehabilitation is considered impossible in most cases.

4. Legal Status: Non-Human Animal Hudogs are legally classified as animals, not people. They fall under "Advanced Companion Species (ACS)" in international law. This means they are governed by animal welfare regulations, not human rights.

5. Basic Protections (Minimal to None) Most regions have some basic protections, but they're very limited. For example: Owners cannot publicly kill or torture a Hudog (due to optics, not ethics). Hudogs must receive minimum food, water, and shelter (same as pets). Unregistered abuse (e.g., beatings, mutilation) is rarely punished—unless videotaped or reported en masse. That said, enforcement is weak. Inspections are rare and often pre-announced.

6. Owner Rights Owners have extensive control, often including: Total bodily control: Can modify their Hudog surgically (limb removal, implants, hormone therapy). Sexual use: In many black-market or unregulated zones, Hudogs can legally be used as sex pets. This is especially common for penal Hudogs. Transfer of ownership: Hudogs can be sold, gifted, leased, or auctioned. Reprimand or euthanasia: A disobedient Hudog can be legally “put down” if declared untrainable. In short: unless you live in a “soft” or reformist region, a Hudog is the same as a luxury pet or livestock.

The Bureau of Human-Animal Reclassification (BHAR) Official Name: Bureau of Human-Animal Reclassification (BHAR) Governing Body: Operates under the Ministry of Domestic Order and Species Regulation (MODOSR) Headquarters: Sector 12, Capital Administrative Zone, often referred to as “The Kennel Block.” Motto: "Loyalty Begins Where Identity Ends."

Core Function: The BHAR is a centralized government agency responsible for: Overseeing the legal transformation of humans into Domesticated Companion Species (DCS)—commonly known as Hudogs. Managing legal frameworks for reclassification, training, ownership, and termination. Enforcing animal welfare laws as they pertain to formerly human individuals. Maintaining the National Hudog Registry (NHR), tracking every registered Hudog's location, condition, owner, and behavior status. Departments Within BHAR Department of Reclassification Intake (DRI): Handles all paperwork, processing, and identity termination for voluntary and forced submissions. Interviews potential Hudogs and performs psychological breakdown protocols. Behavioral Compliance & Conditioning Division (BCCD): Designs obedience training curricula and manages "Kennel Schools." Employs certified Animal-Human Behaviorists and Dehumanization Therapists. Ownership & Licensing Division (OLD): Issues licenses to Hudog owners. Inspects private homes for minimum Hudog welfare compliance. Maintains a Hudog Adoption Auction Service for state-owned individuals. Ethology & Resocialization Research Unit (ERRU): Conducts behavioral studies to refine obedience techniques. Monitors experimental procedures (limb removal, neural conditioning, etc.) Researches whether re-humanization is feasible or advisable. Discipline & Disposal Office (DDO): Executes punishment, behavioral resets, and terminations (euthanasia, memory wipes). Operates special “kennel courts” where Hudogs can be sentenced without full trials.

Legal Authority & Powers The BHAR has unusual legal reach: Can override court decisions if a subject is flagged as "Reclassification Candidate – High Urgency." Can seize individuals from unregistered Hudog groups or suspected underground "reverse rehumanization" clinics. Has immunity from standard civil rights lawsuits. Can restrict access to Hudogs by former family members, even if they are blood relatives.

Philosophy & Propaganda BHAR promotes the idea that not all humans are capable of citizenship, and that some are happier and more useful when released from the burden of free will. Popular slogans include: “A collar is clarity.” “Serve with tail high and heart loyal.” “Obedience is freedom, identity is chaos.” “Hudogs are our better halves—loyal, silent, safe.” They use colorful cartoons, loyalty stories, and “happy Hudog” testimonials in schools and media to reduce public resistance.

Public Access Portals BHAR maintains several tools and sites for public interaction: ApplyForPet.org – where citizens can apply to own a Hudog. ReclassifyYourself.gov – a guided voluntary submission process. TrackMyHudog™ App – GPS-enabled monitoring of one’s personal Hudog.

The History of Hudogs: Phase I – Social Rot (Pre-Hudog Era, ~50 years ago) Key Themes: Polarization, social breakdown, punitive ideology Widespread social unrest, fueled by automation-driven unemployment, disinformation, and class inequality, leads to waves of violent protests. “Unproductive citizens” become a scapegoat: the homeless, mentally ill, political agitators, and “chronic offenders.” Populist governments rise on promises of “Order Through Obedience.” Mass incarceration becomes unsustainable. The prison-industrial complex looks for alternatives. A proposal appears in a fringe policy paper: “If individuals behave like animals and reject human order, then perhaps they should be treated accordingly.” This was considered satire by most—until it wasn’t. Phase II – The Petification Trials (~35 years ago) Key Themes: Legal experimentation, normalization, ethical collapse A now-infamous social experiment called The Obedience Initiative is launched. Select prisoners are offered early release in exchange for agreeing to behave as animals under 24/7 surveillance and obedience training. The media broadcasts “Pet Prisons” as entertainment: reality-TV-style kennels where inmates crawl, bark, fetch. Surprisingly, public support grows. People find it amusing. Humane, even. Academics and ethicists warn that this is state-sponsored degradation. They’re dismissed as "defenders of chaos." Within a decade, several nations legalize Temporary Pet-Class Sentencing. Phase III – The Formalization of BHAR (~25 years ago) Key Themes: Bureaucratization, systemization, identity erasure The Bureau of Human-Animal Reclassification (BHAR) is established to standardize the system internationally. The term Hudog is adopted from prison slang ("human dog"), and turned into legal status: Domesticated Companion Species (DCS). A new class of “Voluntary Hudogs” emerges—people in poverty or with extreme submissive tendencies choosing to give up their rights. Hudogs become available for private adoption, not just state labor. Entire reclassification centers (“kennel schools”) are built. Collars become standardized ID. Psychological and surgical modifications are introduced in harsher regions. International law begins to fracture: some condemn the system, others expand it. Phase IV – The Expansion Era (~10–15 years ago) Key Themes: Commercialization, normalization, generational impact Corporations begin purchasing Hudogs for labor, marketing, or entertainment. A black market of erotic Hudog trade flourishes in certain regions. “Petification Culture” becomes popular—fashion lines, toys, memes, even school mascots. A generation of children grows up believing Hudogs were always part of society. Propaganda reframes Hudogs not as slaves—but as saved people who found peace in obedience. “They aren’t abused. They’re loved. They’re taken care of. They’re not prisoners. They’re pets.” Second-generation Hudogs are born—raised without ever learning they were once legally human. Resistance begins forming in earnest. A few high-profile escapes stir global outrage—but not enough to dismantle the system. Phase V – The World Today Key Themes: Stability built on subjugation Hudogs are now a normalized caste in much of the world. Regions are split into three major policies: Full Hudog Nations: Widespread use, private ownership, state breeding. Regulated Zones: Hudogs exist, but under scrutiny and restriction. Abolitionist Territories: Hudog status is illegal; resistance groups are active. BHAR maintains control through: Legislation Media Surveillance The threat of reclassification for those who resist too loudly Rehumanization is technically possible in some jurisdictions—but almost never granted. Even those who “return” are marked, tracked, and shunned.

Cultural Memory Few remember a time before Hudogs. History books barely mention the early protests. Religious groups have split: some condemn Hudogs as an affront to God, others see obedience as divine submission. Children play games like “Leash Me” and “Alpha Trainer” in playgrounds. “Once, you had a name. Now, you have a tag.”

Hudog Behavior & Interaction: Pack Dynamics & Social Hierarchy Hudogs are deliberately conditioned to think and behave like dogs—but the human brain adapts in complex ways, creating unique social structures. 1. Hierarchies: In state-run kennels and private Hudog populations, pack structures are encouraged. Alphas (dominant Hudogs) may be allowed limited authority—guarding the group, punishing weaker Hudogs under supervision. Betas tend to be cooperative or loyal followers. Omegas are submissive, broken, or punished members—used for training, stress relief, or humiliation. Hierarchy is often fluid, enforced by: Food privilege Physical position (e.g., center of kennel vs. corner) Control over bedding or grooming 2. Grooming & Affection Rituals: Hudogs display bonding by: Licking each other’s faces, hands, or necks Curling together in sleep (especially in born Hudogs) Accepting humping or dominance mounting without resistance Some develop pseudo-languages—whimpers, ear flicks, tail motions—to communicate under muzzle or silence mandates. 3. Rejection & Isolation: Hudogs who resist training or act “too human” are often isolated or attacked by others—whether out of conditioning or fear of punishment.

Treatment by Region: Hudog life varies widely depending on regional politics, economic use, and cultural values. Full Hudog Zones (e.g., Vezka, East Jova, Republic of Tamari) Treatment: Absolute ownership: Hudogs are pets or property—bred, bought, and discarded. Legal to surgically modify, sterilize, or euthanize. Hudogs are often used in service, security, and entertainment—including state-approved brothels in Tamari. Social Role: Used in schools, military, and public programs. Displayed in competitions and obedience exhibitions. Born Hudogs never learn to read or write. They are considered a biological underclass. Mixed-Zone Regions (e.g., Western Hadria, Borderlands, former EU states) Treatment: Hudogs exist but are regulated. Owners must have a license; punishments for abuse exist—but are rarely enforced. Certain jobs (street cleaning, low-wage service) are assigned to Hudogs under state contracts. Hudogs here may: Wear basic clothing Receive medical care (minimal) Be banned from certain public spaces Public Opinion: Mixed. Older generations are uneasy, younger ones desensitized. Technocratic Zones (e.g., Neo-Ryo, United Wastes) Treatment: Hudogs are used for research, military experiments, or labor automation support. Emotion is stripped out: Hudogs are data-objects. Tracked, ranked, optimized. Escape or re-humanization is technologically impossible (AI-monitored neural implants, auto-shock gait correctors). Philosophy: Hudogs are necessary waste—a use for broken human material.

Subcultures & Extremes: Hudog Fetishists ("Dog Lovers"): Own Hudogs for emotional or sexual companionship Often gentle but deeply possessive Hudog Purists: Demand total removal of speech, hands, and identity Campaign for “Full Kenneling by 2050” Hudog Sympathizers: Feed strays, sneak food into kennels May try to form “hybrid” relationships—illegal in most zones

I. Restraint & Control Items: Collar (Mandatory) Description: A thick, reinforced collar worn 24/7. Usually metal-core or heavy-duty rubber, engraved or tagged with the Hudog’s assigned name and ID number. Functions: Acts as legal ID (contains a digital chip with owner and status info) Many include GPS trackers Higher-end versions have built-in shock modules or voice tone monitors Symbolism: The ultimate sign of ownership and loss of autonomy. Removing it is illegal and considered “escape attempt. Leash & Lead Systems Description: Long, heavy-duty ropes, chains, or retractable cables designed to be clipped onto the collar. Some models attach to waist harnesses or wrist bindings. Uses: Required during transport or public walking Used for obedience training, especially “heel,” “stay,” and “follow” Often enforced indoors for disobedient Hudogs Variants: Double-hitch designs bind neck and hips Remote retracting models used in government buildings Muzzle (Disciplinary or Permanent) Description: A facial cage or strap-based device fitted around the mouth, preventing speech and controlling eating. Purpose: Prevent verbal resistance or crying Used during training or punishment Can be integrated with feeding tubes in high-security zones Designs: Transparent muzzles for public shaming Blacked-out muzzles with blinders for sensory suppression Shock Collar / Behavior Reinforcement Collar Description: A high-tech collar with an internal battery and shock module, connected to a remote. Use Cases: Immediate discipline for unauthorized movement, sound, or posture Can be programmed to trigger on “forbidden words” or boundary breaches Additional Features: Audio cue (“beep”) followed by shock Biometric stress monitors to prevent accidental death (in regulated zones)

II. Clothing & Bodywear Hudogs are often semi-nude or clothed in dehumanizing, functional gear. Clothing focuses on utility, humiliation, and control. Hudog Bodysuit ("Skin Suit") Description: Tight-fitting suit made of synthetic leather, rubber, or neoprene. Often padded at knees and elbows. Purpose: Forces a doglike silhouette (even includes tail mounts) Prevents upright posture Includes slots for tail prosthetics or limb cuffs Variants: Full-body hooded suits for sensory denial Open-back versions for easier access (in adult or breeding facilities) Chest Harness / Posture Bracers Description: Strapped harnesses around torso and back, often joined with leg braces or ankle weights. Use: Designed to keep Hudogs crawling on all fours Some include “posture locks” that trigger pain if the spine rises upright Psychology: Reinforces the "I am a dog" belief through enforced body language. Public Modesty Garments Description: In regulated societies, Hudogs wear minimal garments in public such as: Crotch covers Tail flap belts Hooded “kennel cloaks” Used in: Urban areas where total nudity is outlawed Retail or auction zones (for display)

III. Training Tools & Accessories: Reward Pouches & Clickers Description: Belt pouches with dried meat, biscuits, or protein tablets. Paired with a clicker device. Function: Used in positive reinforcement training: command → action → click → treat Builds Pavlovian responses to specific commands Use Case: Early-stage voluntary Hudogs, submissive types, and second-gen Hudogs. Command Whistles / Tone Emitters Description: High-pitched sound devices, or earpiece implants that deliver specific tone frequencies. Use: Trains specific actions like sitting, staying, crawling, or presenting Sometimes paired with pain deterrents Variants: Shock-linked tones Sub-audible tones used for unconscious obedience conditioning. Behavior Charts / Obedience Logs Description: Digital logs or clipboard charts recording the Hudog’s behavior, rewards, punishments, and skill acquisition. Required for: State-owned Hudogs Auction qualification Rehabilitation or behavioral reset clinics.

IV. Living Essentials: Feeding Bowls Description: Stainless steel or plastic bowls, mounted to floors or placed in corners. Rules: Hudogs must eat from the bowl, without hands Speech or eye contact during feeding is often forbidden. Kennel or Cage Units Description: Individual living spaces resembling dog crates or enclosures. Sizes range from minimal (2m²) to comfortable (luxury owners). Features: Locked from outside Often contain cameras Some are heated and padded; others are intentionally cold and hard Tail Implants or Prosthetics Description: Cosmetic or behavioral appendages that attach via suit slots or sub-dermal anchors. Use: Tails that wag when obedient (some respond to brain signals) Decorative tails for public display Symbolism: The tail is a deeply humiliating mark of identity loss—but one that many Hudogs are trained to feel proud of.

V. Adult Use Equipment (Black Market / Private Owners) In unrestricted zones or illegal markets, the following exist: Submission Harnesses: Combine limb restraints with sensory triggers. Breed Rings: Collars that emit hormonal scents or pheromones. Pet Play Beds: Soft, deep-padded beds that hum when the Hudog lays in “position.” Pleasure Obedience Devices: Shock-pleasure mix tools used to permanently blur pain and reward. These are banned in abolitionist regions but widespread in full Hudog societies.
