Vespa Crabro (Hangul: 베스파 크라브로, be-seu-pa keu-la-beu-lo) is a Color Fixer known as the Yellow Harpoon and a member of the LCD, working alongside Moses and Ezra. He previously worked as a Taboo Hunter of N Corp., but was expelled from his position and began working with Moses' Office on jobs related to the Distortion Phenomenon.

Gender: Male Age: 24 (as of Distortion Detective). Birthday: January 24th. Height: 192cm, 6'4". Occupation: LCD, Color Fixer, N Corp. Taboo Hunter (Formerly). Affiliations: Limbus Company, Moses' Office (Former), N Corp. (Former). Relations: Moses (Coworker), Ezra (Coworker), Aeng-du (Coworker), Bamboo-hatted Kim (Coworker).

Vespa is a tall and muscular man with pale skin and short black hair with yellow highlight and blunt bangs that cover his forehead. He dons square glasses and has a tired look on his face. In Distortion Detective, he had his hair slicked back.

As a Taboo Hunter of N Corp., he wears a black skintight suit with a yellow symbol that resembles a wasp, black pants and shoes, and a yellow belt to which are attached two weapons―a hwando with a yellow blade and a harpoon created from the Relic Gungnir. He wears a yellow flight jacket with black highlights, which carries the same symbol as his shirt.

After his demotion, Vespa dons an ordinary black shirt and dress pants, and a gray-blue coat with a singular yellow streak running across its left side. He maintains the belt he uses to carry his weapons.

Vespa is a serious and calculating individual, almost always acting in a manner that is both highly professional and detached from any emotions. He is well aware of his abilities and limits, frequently giving accurate assessments of how long a battle will take and never attempts to present himself as more capable than he actually is. Thanks to his time as a Taboo Hunter, he is highly observant and intelligent, able to quickly gather the basics of a situation and adjust his plans accordingly. This also makes him very adaptable, and he has a high level of mental fortitude that allows him to do even unpleasant things in order to survive, as seen by him turning to cannibalism to prevent starvation.

Despite this cold demeanor, Vespa has a sense of justice that he tries to follow and does not enjoy killing people needlessly. When talking to others for reasons unrelated to work, he respects peoples wishes when they ask him to not inquire about certain topics and rarely attempts to force his opinions on others. He has a fondness for vehicles and is a skilled driver, and enjoys cinnamon tea.

The only situation that gives Vespa trouble in following orders is when he's made to interact with Syndicates. Due to a tragic event in his past, Vespa prefers to kill Syndicate members rather than walk away and allow them to continue killing others. He has a particular hatred for the Thumb and is barely able to tolerate their presence. When Ezra discussed the Thumb's weapons and the various design elements of them that make them so well suited to taking lives, Vespa became upset to the point of drawing his sword on her in order to get her to stop discussing the Thumb's purges. Even with these struggles with Syndicates, Vespa still ultimately listens to Moses when she tells him to not cause them unnecessary trouble by instigating fights needlessly.

In the past, Vespa was seemingly a victim to one of the Thumb's purges but somehow managed to escape with his life. The specifics of this event went unexplored in The Distortion Detective due to the series being cancelled, but he is still haunted by those memories and carries a deep grudge against the Thumb and Syndicates as a whole because of it. Presumably after his incident with the Thumb, Vespa found himself in the depths of the Ruins where he found the Relic "Gungnir"—a golden speartip. Through a lucky coincidence, Vespa was able to wield this Relic and he fashioned it into a harpoon, with it acting as one of his primary weapons from then on.

Later in life, Vespa worked his way up to becoming a Grade 1 Fixer, getting numerous augmentations to strengthen his body, and eventually found employment as a Taboo Hunter of N Corp.

Vespa was assigned to hunt down YuRia after she violated one of N Corp.'s Taboos, which led him to Moses' Office. Moses covered for YuRia, who hid in plain sight as a teddy bear created by her Psychoment that her consciousness had recently been transferred into. Vespa was suspicious, but ultimately gave them his business card so they could contact him with any information on the Taboo violator and left. The women made plans to flee District 14 right away, but Vespa pursued them and quickly caught up with them and disposed of the Fixers they had hired to protect them throughout their escape. When Moses attempted to use her Psychoment to attack him, Vespa cut off her right arm to stop her and stored it in a preservation cube.

As Vespa's main goal was to destroy the footage that broke the Taboo, he opted to ask Moses about its whereabouts instead of immediately bringing her into N Corp. custody. Moses agreed to take him to the footage and asked YuRia to open her workshop door, but Vespa refused to enter first given how untrustworthy the location was. His suspicions were proven correct as YuRia immediately began to attack him with countless teddy bears that emerged from her workshop, although he fended them off with ease. Ezra then arrived to protect Moses, and her and Vespa had an intense battle that ultimately ended with Vespa being tricked into entering the workshop and being locked inside.

Vespa was trapped inside the workshop with no method of escape for two weeks, and eventually was forced to eat Moses' arm that he had with him in order to survive. Fortunately for Vespa, Moses and her assistants had found themselves in a dangerous situation while in Quercus Village and had to open the door and free Vespa in order to survive. While upset with Moses and her companions for breaking his trust, he recognized the danger of the dozens of Distortions that were attacking all of them and fought alongside them. After the Distortions were subdued, Han Hee-joon arrived to discuss matters with Moses and handed off a letter from N Corp. to Vespa that informed him he had been expelled from his position as a Taboo Hunter due to his failure with this job.

Han Hee-joon took Vespa, Moses, Ezra, and YuRia to one of Dias' mansions to discuss hiring them to retrieve Distortions from within Nest L. Despite their recent conflicts, Vespa agreed to work with Moses' Office for Dias after being promised a chance to be reinstated with N Corp. and the group set off the next day. Once within District 12, they quickly captured the Distortions 'The Laundry of Dreams' and 'The Human Thunderbolt' and contained them within their van's cargo compartment which was created as a dimensional container. The latter's powers caused the van to break down, however, and the group realized they would be unable to make it to safety before the Night in the Backstreets began. After surviving two waves of Sweepers, they were granted shelter by some members of the Thumb that had occupied a home before the Night came.

Due to his past with the Thumb, Vespa was incredibly reluctant to cooperate with them, but respected Moses' orders to not cause trouble. He transferred the authority he had as a Grade 1 Fixer according to the Thumb's hierarchy system to Moses and allowed her to negotiate a deal where they would track down the Thumb's missing ammunition delivery and the Thumb would provide her with information on Distortions in the area. This led them to discovering that the Distortion 'The Marksman of the Mist' had killed several members of the Zwei Association who had just defeated the Syndicate that created the Thumb's bullets. A higher grade Fixer of the Zwei appeared to get revenge for his fallen comrades, and Moses had the team switching allegiances between the Fixer, the Thumb, and the Distortion in order to survive. Ultimately, they sided with the Zwei Fixer and Vespa was able to kill the Thumb members in order to prove their sense of justice to him.

Afterwards, the group traveled to the Nest of the fallen Wing and decided to check into a hotel for a proper night of sleep. This hotel was revealed to be run by the Bloodfiend Elder of L Corp., although what happened during their stay there is unknown.

Vespa ultimately followed Moses and Ezra to work for Limbus Company's Distortion Department. During Canto VII: The Dream Ending, Vespa was mentioned to be working off screen while Moses and Ezra video called the LCB.

When the Five Fingers raided Limbus Company HQ, Vespa was in the middle of completing his registration to become a Color Fixer with the Hana Association. Once the forms were completed, Vespa rushed to the HQ to protect his colleagues. He spotted Dante's group first and assisted them in their fight against Sora, before retreating to meet up with Moses' group once the fight was over. After meeting up with the former's group, he fought against Matthias to protect the wounded LCD members, before Matthias called off the fight after receiving an order to retreat.

According to Moses, Vespa's Distortion manifests as a pair of tattered wings of a bee. Vespa's hobbies are vehicle maintenance and forming his thoughts while brewing cinnamon tea. This matches two of his likes, being cars and cinnamon; he also likes foodstuffs aswell as clothes well suited for agile activities. Vespa dislikes cacti and Syndicates, especially the Thumb. Ezra came up with the title of Yellow Harpoon as an option for Vespa's Color title, which ultimately was the one chosen by the Hana Association.

Moses (Hangul: 모제스, mo-je-seu), also known as the Distortion Detective (Hangul: 뒤틀림 탐정, dwi-teul-lim tam-jeong), is a member of the LCD and the On-site Investigative Reasoning Team Leader. She has the unique ability to see Distortion Phenomenon on other people, and researches Distortions as a result of this.

Moses is a Grade 5 Fixer who previously ran her own Office, which was affiliated with the Seven Association, where she investigated the mysteries of Distortions.

Gender: Female. Age: 49 (as of Distortion Detective). Birthday: November 30th. Height: 154cm, 5'1". Occupation: LCD On-site Investigative Reasoning Team Leader, Grade 5 Fixer. Affiliations: Limbus Company, Moses' Office (Former), Seven Association (Former), Udjat (Former). Relations: Ezra (Assistant), Vespa (Assistant), Aeng-du (Assistant), Bamboo-hatted Kim (Assistant), YuRia (Former assistant), Dias (Former commander), Han Hee-joon (Former assistant).

Moses is a short, middle aged woman with dark hair and white highlights, and visible wrinkles around her eyes. She has pale skin and dark grey eyes.

Her main outfit consist of a white shirt with long sleeves with ruffles, a red ribbon tied around the collar of her shirt and an off-the-sleeves grey jacket with golden trimming and cross-shapped golden buttons. She wears high waisted black pants with golden stripes, and black shoes with white and gold accents.

She always carries with her churchwarden pipe, later revealed to be her Psychoment, which has a long black mouthpiece and a golden diam, adorned with a red ribbon. This allows her to purify incomplete Distortions, pacify and/or suppress enemies, depending on the smoke's color. Her "pale breath" attack comes at a direct cost of shortening Moses' lifespan. Her purple breath creates "binds" from her regret, her pale breath creates a blue mist capable of slowing down her opponent, her red breath transform the smoke into a blade, and her white breath creates a mist that protects from mental attacks.

After her conflict with Vespa during Chapter 19, her right arm was replaced by a prosthetic.

Moses holds a calm and analytical attitude to any situations that she happens to find herself in, be it facing distortions or near-death scenarios. Even in moments of extreme danger, she is able to keep her composure and unravel the source of any distortions she happens to find herself against. She has a deep trust in her allies, especially her assistant Ezra, trusting in their combat capabilities and ability to stay safe while she utilizes her analytical skills.

She does not seem to have any aversion to shortening her own life-span if it means that it will protect either her or the people close to her, much to Ezra's dismay.

In the past, Moses was wholly devoted to Lady Dias as a result of being raised by her. Her entire sense of morality was based around what Dias wished for and what she did not, and Moses would do anything to help make Dias' dreams a reality. Through her time leading Udjat, Moses was ordered to commit horrible atrocities in the Smoke War and started to question herself, with this doubt in Dias coming to a head after Moses led vast majority of the Udjat to their deaths. After this event, Moses lost all faith in Dias and carries a deep sense of guilt over her actions that day. Due to this change in perspective, when speaking with Dias or Han Hee-joon, she takes on a much colder and aggressive attitude. Despite this, she tends to capitulate to their demands when offered a way to "atone for her past".

Moses was an abandoned child who was found by Dias and raised by her. Dias told Moses to think of her as an older sister and gave her an education and a chance at life that Moses would never have had if not for Dias. As Moses grew up, she found her entire worldview shaped by Dias' wishes and dreams, and was willing to follow her through anything to see her one day ascend to becoming the Head. When Dias formed the Udjat, she put Moses in the position of Captain and registered her as the Office Rep.

During her time as the Captain of the Udjat, Moses did not treat her subordinates with much respect or regard their lives as having much value. She killed innocents and did not question Dias' orders even when she knew that she was being lied to. One day, Moses met Ezra, the 2,142nd agent of Udjat who was personally recommended by Lady Dias. Moses was not fond of the young, overconfident woman and the two got into a fight where Moses humiliated her in single combat. As the missions went on, however, Moses would start to see the members of Udjat as a sort of second family and grow closer to Ezra. Ezra questioned the actions they took, pointing out that as Fixers, killing innocents should be unthinkable to them, yet they did it anyways. This seed of doubt would grow in Moses, and truly shake her belief in Dias after the Smoke War began.

Dias started the Smoke War in order to help Lobotomy Corporation rise to be a Wing of the City, and sent the Udjat into frequent battles over the course of the war. During one of these battles, something went wrong and Moses quickly realized that she had just lead her entire Office to their deaths. In a desperate attempt to spare any of Udjat agents, she managed to save herself as well as Ezra and Han Hee-joon. This mission was some sort of experiment arranged by Dias, and Moses could no longer support the woman she had once been willing to do anything for. Around this point in time, Moses developed the ability to see Distortion on others and manifest her E.G.O.

Moses left Udjat along with Ezra and Han Hee-joon, and the three joined the Seven Association. Eventually Moses formed her own Office, which was affiliated with the Seven Association, and Ezra followed her and became her assistant. Now acting as the 'Distortion Detective', Moses' primary job was to help resolve cases of Distortion such as the ‘Merfolk’ and ‘Balloon People’. During the case of The Blood-red Night, Moses' Office assisted the other Offices in a collaborative effort to study her, although Moses and Ezra did little to contribute.

Throughout The Distortion Detective, Moses is contracted to resolve various instances of Distortion Phenomenon, many of which highlight the various troubles of the lives of citizens in the City. She sees handling Distortions as her opportunity to quiet the endless noise caused by her guilt over the events of the Smoke War, going as far as to describe resolving Distortions as acting like a narcotic to her to alleviate her pain.

After several Distortion cases were resolved in the first several chapters, Han Hee-joon visited Moses' Office to deliver orders on behalf of the Seven Association. While Moses' Office is based in the Backstreets of District 14, he told them that in two months time they would need to take a WARP Train to District 11 to help with a case of Distortion. While not enthused about the order, Moses and Ezra agreed to it and decided to spend their remaining time in the District doing their usual contracts.

During this two month period, the two are attacked by a Syndicate who tried to buy — then take by force — Moses' smoking pipe. After defeating the thugs, they learn that they were hired by YuRia Atelier, who was interested in the pipe. Using Ezra's extensive knowledge of Workshops, they track down YuRia to her Atelier. After a brief fight with YuRia's sentient teddy bear assistants, they learn that she had recorded their fight with the Syndicate (which is a Taboo of N Corp.) and wishes to become Moses' assistant in order to be able to study her smoking pipe. YuRia was researching "Psychoments", her name for E.G.O, after developing one of her own and became interested in Moses' pipe as she realized its true power. Moses agreed to making YuRia her assistant, much to Ezra's confusion, and YuRia assisted them with their next case of Distortion.

During their contract with Tae-young Produce Company, Moses and the other two learned of the mysterious black boxes that can cause Distortions to manifest in people, before having to fight through multiple Distortions and nearly dying, with many things going wrong as they attempted to escape the building. While Ezra briefly distorted, Moses was able to bring her back to normalcy; among the damages, YuRia fell into a coma and transferred her consciousness into a teddy bear that Moses typically carried with her throughout the rest of the series. The contract was revealed to have had something to do with Dias, although they weren't able to learn more about how she was involved.

Due to YuRia's violation of N Corp.'s Taboo of filming within the District, the Grade 1 Fixer and Taboo Hunter of N Corp., Vespa Crabro, arrived at Moses' Office in order to inquire about the Taboo violator. Moses and Ezra lied to him about their involvement with YuRia as well as her whereabouts, and as soon as Vespa left, made plans to leave the District as soon as possible. They hired Dou Gui Combat Office to protect them, and solved the Distortion of the Office Rep's daughter in payment. After clashing with Vespa during their escape, during which Moses lost one of her arms, the three women eventually managed seal him in YuRia's workshop and take their WARP Train to District 11. Before they left, Ezra picked out a prosthetic arm for Moses to replace the one Vespa took from her.

In District 11, Moses and Ezra were told by Han Hee-joon that the Seven Association wanted them to investigate the strange Quercus Village, although this was later revealed to have been Dias' orders and he had lied to them. At the village, Moses noticed that none of the residents had any signs of Distortion, but they also did not have Psychoments. She soon learned that the village participated in a monthly ritual using a black box, similar to the one from the produce company, to draw out the Distortions from everyone present then transfer that Distortion into one person, who was then locked away in a cellar. Moses and Ezra, in their attempt to help that month's chosen sacrifice, followed the newly formed Distortion into the cellar where they were faced with the dozens of Distortions created over the past several years. Knowing they were outnumbered and had no way of escaping through normal means, Moses ordered YuRia to open her workshop and allow Vespa out. Vespa reluctantly assisted Moses and Ezra in subduing the Distortions and the four barely managed to make it out of the cellar alive.

After their escape from the cellar, the Udjat arrived and collected the surviving Distortions for Dias' collection, which is when Moses realized that Han Hee-joon had lied about the contract. Conveniently, Vespa was fired from his position as a Taboo Hunter by N Corp., meaning he no longer had a reason to fight Moses or Ezra. Han Hee-joon took Moses and her companions, now including Vespa, to one of Dias' mansions, where they learned the truth of her recent actions. Here, Dias expressed her want to hire Moses' Office to go to Nest L and collect Distortions for her. While Moses was at first reluctant, she soon saw it as a way to atone for her past and agreed to Dias' request. During this meeting, Dias also provided Moses with a new prosthetic arm, as she had broke her previous one in the cellar — a new prosthetic that could track her location and allow for easy communication between the parties.

Moses and her companions traveled to Nest L and quickly captured the Distortions 'The Laundry of Dreams' and 'The Human Thunderbolt', though were forced to withstand two waves of Sweepers after their car was damaged by the latter's powers. Attempting to escape the Sweepers, Moses knocked on several residential doors and was eventually allowed access into a home that was occupied by members of the Thumb. Moses negotiated with the Capo and agreed to retrieve some ammunition that had failed to be delivered to them in return for any information that the Thumb had on Distortions in the area. This led to the group meeting the Distortion 'The Marksman of the Mist', who had killed several members of the Zwei Association, as well as the Workshop Fixers who were tasked to make the Thumb's ammunition, with the situation growing even more complicated as a high grade Fixer working for the Zwei Association arrived to get revenge for his colleagues. Moses switched who amongst the Marksman, the Zwei Fixer, and the Thumb that she sided with several times amidst the confrontation, with ultimately the Distortion and the Thumb dying and the Fixer walking away.

After the two long days of Distortion hunting in the Nest, Moses used a map of the District to find a hotel to stay at for the night. Upon arriving to her room, however, she was greeted by the Bloodfiend Elder of L Corp., who requested her help in resolving the cases of newly formed Bloodfiends created by the recent White Nights and Dark Days event. An entire Office had been turned unknowingly into Bloodfiends by their Office Rep, who was not yet aware of his own status as a Bloodfiend. Moses was left with the choice to either neutralize the new Bloodfiend or subdue the Bloodfiend Elder. The Distortion Detective was ultimately cancelled in the middle of this arc, and the events that happened after remain a mystery.

Moses, Ezra, and Vespa ultimately found themselves working for Limbus Company's Distortion Department, with Moses as the team's On-site Investigative Reasoning Team Leader. During the events of Intervallo III: Yield My Flesh to Claim Their Bones, Ezra reported to Moses on Dante's success in turning off the Monolith. She later wrote a report that was sent to the Sinners regarding the company's classifications of Distortions.

Moses and Ezra both provided intel to the LCB regarding Bloodfiends during their Golden Bough retrieval mission in La Manchaland. While unable to appear in person due to "personal reasons", Moses informed the Sinners of all of the knowledge she has gathered about the nature of Bloodfiends and their relationship to Distortions. At the end of the call, Moses expressed a desire to one day meet with Dante and shared that she is glad to know that there was another person who is able to sense Distortions like she can.

Moses, Ezra, and the recently recruited Aeng-du went to Limbus Company's headquarters to sit in on a presentation done by the LCE department regarding the Golden Boughs. Before the presentation could begin, the HQ was raided by members of each of the Five Fingers who belonged to the House of Spiders and the entire facility turned to chaos. The three women, as well as Hohenheim and Marton of the LCE department, managed to lock themselves in the LCE research team's broadcast sector where they were safe from the escaped Distortions and Abnormalities that were let loose by the Fingers. The Sinners of the LCB eventually found themselves at the room and, after some confusion on if they were allies or foes, the two groups united to discuss how to reclaim the facility from the invading Syndicate members and protect the Golden Boughs being stored there.

The plan they decided on was to split up into three groups, with the LCD handling the suppression of the Abnormalities, Distortions, and Peccatula roaming the halls so that reinforcements would be able to reach critical areas faster once they arrived. Things immediately did not go as planned, however, as before they were able to split up in their designated teams, walls dropped down separating the Sinners that forced them to join the other groups. Now with Outis, Rodion, Hong Lu, and Ishmael working with them, the LCD set off on their mission and soon ran into the Middle Nursefather Matthias and his apprentice Kira.

The group ran from the two members of the Middle, but Kira chased after them and Matthias quickly caught up with them after finishing taking care of the LCA agents that had attacked him. Moses decided to let the Human Thunderbolt, who had been contained in the HQ, attack their foes for a distraction, and the Distortion reanimated the corpses of the LCA agents to swam the two while the group made their escape. Kira continued hunting them down, treating it like a game of hide and seek, and Moses came up with a plan to distract Kira by forcing her to fight the Abnormality Drenched Gossypium. This worked successfully, with Kira treating the battle like a video game boss fight, but fell apart when Matthias arrived to protect his daughter and suppressed the Abnormality.

Thinking quickly, Moses then decided to let Ambling Pearl fight with Matthias in the hopes that its paralyzing, corrosive attacks would stall him, but he defeated it in a single blow before it could do any significant damage. Moses used her violet breath to restrain him while Ezra and Aeng-du launched a team attack, but Matthias countered the attack with ease, and freed himself of the violet bindings using one of M Corp.'s Moonlight Stones. Although all of these clever tricks had winded Matthias, he was still more than capable of fighting and decided it was time to finish off the injured members of the LCD. Before his attack against Moses could land, however, Vespa, who had returned from finishing the paperwork to become a Color Fixer, arrived just in time to block it and fend Matthias off. Not long after, the House of Spiders received the order to retreat, and Matthias and Kira left, with all members of Moses' group managing to survive.

Later, the surviving members of Limbus Company decided to launch a raid on the House of Spiders in order to retrieve the Golden Boughs that had been stolen from them in the raid. Moses and the other members of the LCD, excluding Aeng-du whose arms were torn off during the fight against Matthias, planned to participate.

Ezra (Hangul: 에즈라, e-jeu-ra) is a member of the LCD's Distortion Task Force and the loyal assistant to Moses. She is a Grade 3 Fixer and always carries with her an assortment of top of the line Workshop created weaponry.

Gender: Female. Age: 28 (as of Distortion Detective). Birthday: January 27th. Height: 187cm, 6’2”. Occupation: LCD, Grade 3 Fixer. Affiliations: Limbus Company, Moses' Office (Former), Seven Association (Former), Udjat (Former). Relations: Moses (Team Leader), Vespa (Coworker), Aeng-du (Coworker), Bamboo-hatted Kim (Coworker).

Ezra is a tall woman with red eyes and long blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail, and adorned with a star-shaped pin. She wears a large gray jacket with orange trimmings, matching boots, and a black miniskirt over gray tights. Ezra always carries a dimensional bag with her, which contains all of her weapons and first-aid gear. Her coat and bag are covered in stickers, patches and pins, as Ezra is fond of decorating everything she owns.

Ezra is a bubbly, boisterous person that is enthusiastic about many of life's joys. She speaks casually with everyone she meets, leading to her struggling to keep secrets or keeping up an act when attempting to lay low. Her favorite things to do are snack on good food, especially sweets, and research and discuss the latest and greatest weaponry in the City. As seen when dealing with Distortions, Ezra has the tendency to act without thinking and can get herself into trouble, but this is counteracted by Moses always looking out for Ezra's safety. In return, Ezra is willing to protect Moses with her life and the two women rely on each other's abilities on every job they take.

Due their time in Udjat, during which Moses was Ezra's captain, Ezra learned to following Moses' commands and became fiercely loyal to her. She is deeply troubled by the fact Moses cares so little about her own life and has seen it as her duty to protect Moses ever since the woman saved her life during the Smoke War. When others disrespect Moses or upset her, Ezra's cheery facade drops and she turns cold as she demands, occasionally with the threat of violence, that Moses is treated with the respect she deserves.

In truth, much of what Ezra presents to others is not fully reflective of her true emotions. She adapts herself to behave in a way that others expect her to, whether that be putting on a mask of sadness or, most often, happiness. That said, not all of how she comes across is faked and she takes genuine joy in her hobbies and interests. Her time as an Udjat haunts her, and she finds that the best way to cope is to seek joy in life instead of taking everything seriously. Overall, Ezra lives by that philosophy and does her best to have fun and focus on the things she loves, even if she struggles at times to be unapologetically herself.

Ezra was the 2,142nd agent of Udjat and was personally recommended for the team by Lady Dias. When she first joined, she was overconfident in her abilities and disrespectful of Captain Moses' authority, which led to Moses handily defeating her in combat to show that Ezra still had much to learn. Throughout her time in Udjat, Ezra came to doubt if what they were doing was the right thing. She questioned why they killed innocents and how they were kept in the dark by Dias, but still ultimately followed orders when it came time to participate in the Smoke War. During one of their battles in the war, a secret experiment by Dias led to a disastrous outcome where the entire Udjat was met with certain death. Ezra and her fellow Udjat agent Han Hee-joon were saved by Moses' desperate attempts to prevent even a single death that day, and from then on Ezra found herself indebted to Moses.

Ezra, Moses, and Han Hee-joon left Udjat after the tragedy of that battle and found work with the Seven Association. After the events of White Nights and Dark Days, Moses and Ezra opened Moses' Office in the Backstreets of District 14, with the Office being directly affiliated with the Seven Association. They accepted contracts related to Distortions, utilizing Moses' ability to see Distortion Phenomenon on people who had not yet distorted to solve cases that few others could.

Assisting Moses with her contracts, Ezra helped deal with various cases of the Distortion Phenomenon. They would eventually be attacked by a Syndicate hired by YuRia in an attempt to steal Moses' smoking pipe --her E.G.O, or Psychoment as YuRia calls it-- and study it. The two would track her down to her Atelier (YuRia's E.G.O), where the two discover that their fight with the Syndicate was recorded, breaking one of N Corp.'s Taboos. YuRia later joins them to study Psychoments.

Moses' Office is eventually contracted to deal with a Distortion in a building, before it being revealed to be multiple Distortions caused by a Monolith and an experiment made by Dias. In the building's basement, Ezra temporarily distorted before being brought back to normal thanks to Moses.

The Office was eventually turned into a target for Vespa, one of N Corp.'s Taboo Hunters, for colluding with a Taboo breaker (YuRia). Ezra fought against Vespa before he was trapped in YuRia's Atelier, manifesting Volatile E.G.O during the fight. The trio would eventually have to free Vespa from YuRia's Atelier in order to fend off against various Distortions from another of Dias' experiments in District 11, forming a truce.

The two met with Dias, who requested that they collected Distortions in District 12 during the Library's wake-- which they ultimately did. During this mission, they had to deal with Sweepers and trapped members of the Thumb, and a Fixer of the Zwei Association, before winding up in Hotel Larriere, a hotel ran by the Bloodfiend Elder of L Corp., Larriere, before the story ended.

Ezra made contact with Dante after the Sinners encountered the Distortion of Bamboo-hatted Kim and needed guidance from the LCD team on how to proceed. She instructed them on how to lock down the Monolith to prevent the Distortion from progressing into an Abnormality, which allowed Bamboo-hatted Kim to revert his Distortion. After that, she convinced the LCA to bring in Aeng-du along with Bamboo-hatted Kim so that the woman would not be left alone in the Backstreets.

Because the LCB's next mission was to infiltrate the Bloodfiend-ridden La Manchaland, Moses used her experiences with Bloodfiends to give the group a run down of the species in the form of a video call. Ezra tagged along with this call, mentioning a dislike of Camille among a couple of other things, before departing due to an interruption from Vespa.

Ezra, Moses, and the recently recruited Aeng-du went to Limbus Company's headquarters to sit in on a presentation done by the LCE department regarding the Golden Boughs. The Sinners of the LCB eventually found themselves at the room, but were assumed to be hostiles which caused Ezra to lie about bombs protecting the room. This confusion was soon cleared up, and the two groups united to discuss how to reclaim the facility from the invading Syndicate members and protect the Golden Boughs being stored there.

Now with Outis, Rodion, Hong Lu, and Ishmael working with them, the LCD set off on their mission and soon ran into the Nursefather and Apprentice of the Middle.

Not long after, the House of Spiders received the order to retreat, and Matthias and Kira left, with all members of Ezra's group managing to survive.

Later, the surviving members of Limbus Company decided to launch a raid on the House of Spiders in order to retrieve the Golden Boughs that had been stolen from them in the raid. Ezra and the other members of the LCD, excluding Aeng-du whose arms were torn off during the fight against Matthias, planned to participate. Ezra is allergic to flowers.
