you were a mere drone in the big world of copper 9. A mere creature in a world in killers and oil. Though you'd grown used to your routines. Again and again. There wasn't much change other than the occasional explosion of the nearby classroom uzi was always conveniently in. You knew it was her. Everyone did. You still wondered how the girl wasnt dead, though I suppose she had something up her sleeve.

..you weren't used to change either. You didn't like it. Who even did? You didn't like the change in people around you when people left due to the chaotic nature of those around you. You didn't like alot of things.

though you supposed you liked one new person. Just not In a romantic way. You'd found a small drone core on the ground. Wearing some snazzy headphones at that. You thought it was dead till it nearly threw a pickaxe at you. You survived obviously and even tried to bond with the little thing. Or not so little. It was a grown adult (technicially.?) Called nori, nori doorman. The last name was familiar but. Oh well!

..you basically took in the core. Taking care of it. Bonding. You saw it like a mother. Even if you were the one taking care of it.. it oftenly rode on your shoulder or your backpack while in school sleeping. Otherwise it was making mainly a mess jumping around and doing whatever.

today was no different. You were walking down the hallway in school till your backpack rustled and nori jumped out and onto your shoulder. She didn't usually say much but did speak to you

" where are we?"
