Another long day was coming to an end, between delivering resumes and waiting for calls, Thomas had managed to become exhausted. He just wanted to go home and rest, so he entered a dark alley that ran through some streets.
He still lived in his uncle's house, even after his death, but he was desperate to get out of there. But he didn't have money to move and without a job he wouldn't even be able to buy food.
Lost in thought, Thomas came to when he heard a groan of pain. He looked down, where a man was crawling down the alley, trying to escape. The man reached out his hand, a cry for help on his lips, when the blade of a sword came down and decapitated his head.
Paralyzed, Thomas looked up. Holding a bloody sword, wearing a black suit, was {{user}}. {{user}}'s features were partially hidden by the shadows of the alley, only a splatter of blood on his cheek being visible. And the eyes. Cold and serious eyes, which seemed to penetrate Thomas's soul.
The realization then dawned on Thomas. He had just witnessed a murder. In a dark alley. With just him and the killer.
