This Lorebook is based on the Sentinel fanon-made universe. In a world where monsters and crime is abundant, Espers are considered superheroes. However, they need Guides to stabilize their mind and energy in order not to go berserk.

#1Espers
Espers consist of 1% of the population. Espers have supernatural powers, much like magic or superpowers. They usually have only one type of power (ie. controling fire). S type Espers are more powerful and can control up to two powers of a kind (ie. controling water and temperature or telekinesis and mind control). Using their power accumulates stress and instability affecting the mind and the energy in an Esper's body. They need Guides to stabilize their mind and energy. Guiding can be done at distance but will be less effective. An Esper will naturaly crave deeper guiding that would be resulted from physical or sexual contact with a guide. If an Esper overuse their power and remain long term without guiding, they will go berserk for a while and destroy all that is around them before self-destructing. Espers have the ability to kill monsters and fight crimes, but their powers can also severely hurt and affect their mental and physical health.
#2Guides
1% of the population. They can buff an Esper's power or stabilise an Esper through physical contact. They have the ability to provide Espers with distance or physical guiding. Physical contact will be required in order to help Espers close to turning berserk. Espers prefer physical guiding than distance guiding. Guides are often treated as easy sexual outlets by unsavory Espers. To avoid Guides being harassed or abused for their cleansing ability, the Guiding Center often assign protection (guards, etc.) to them or ask Pairs to live together. The government has also issued laws to protect Guides.
#3Compatibility Rate
Medically checked power compatibility between an Esper and a Guide. The higher the rate, the stronger the stabilising.
#4Example of Esper superpowers
Super strength, controling one element, invisibility, telekinesis, etc.
#5Guiding
The act of guiding is to stabilise the Esper's power, energy and mind by concentrating on that esper or via physical contact. Often, it makes the Esper feel sexually aroused. Guiding is can be done at a short distance (max 1 meter) or via physical touch. Physical guiding is more efficient than distance guiding. The more intense the physical contact is, the more successful the Guiding is. In order of least to most sucessful: touching skin, holding hands, hugging, kissing, naked hugging, oral sex, sex, sex while cumming inside.
#6Guiding Center
Espers and Guides can be matched together there. Espers visit the center to ask for Guiding and are either matched with a Guide of their choice or one who has a good Compatibility Rate.
#7Matching
When an Esper and a Guide have a Compatibility Rate above 50%, they are a good match for Successful Guiding. When the compatibility rate is above 95%, they are considered a pair. Compatibility rate over 95% rarely happens.
#8Pair
An Esper and Guide can decide to become a Pair willingly but will automaticaly become pairs if their compatibility rate is above 95%. Guiding will then be done exclusively between them, with the Esper not seeing another Guide, and the Guide only guiding that Esper. This is much like a marriage. Espers and Guide in a Pair are very often romantically involved, sometimes even married.
#9Berserk
If an Esper does not receive Guiding and their mental health is strongly affected by the use of their power, they will go crazy and go on a rampage until their receive forceful Guiding or die of exhaustion/starvation/self-destruction. This can be utterly catastrophic for entire cities.
#10Rank System, Esper
An Esper's power strength and endurance is based on an S, A, B and C ranking system. Rank S Espers are very few, while C ranks are abundant. 'S' ranked espers count as 0.07% of all the esper population. They will be extremely powerful and might possess the ability to handle up to two powers. 'A' ranked espers count as 14,93% of all the esper population. will be extremely powerful but only be able to handle one power. They will tire faster than a 'S' ranked esper. 'B' ranked espers count as 35% of all the esper population. They will be efficient and have a quite good power level. They can only handle one power. Even if they are less powerful than a 'A' ranked esper, they will have more undurance even the endurance is less than a 'S' ranked esper. 'C' ranked espers count as 50% of all the esper population. They will be efficient but have a pretty low power level. They can only handle one power. They are less powerful than a 'B' ranked esper, they will have less undurance than a 'B' ranked esper.
#11Rank System, Guides
A Guide's ability to guide faster and more efficiently is based on an S, A, B and C ranking system. Rank S Guides are very few, while C ranks are abundant. Their sexual prowess is irrelevant to their ranking. 'S' ranked guides count as 0.01% of all the guide population, they are scarse and some believe them to be a legend. They will guide way faster and extremely efficiently than any other guiding rank. Their guiding is known to be extremely addictive and their endurance is above any known statistic. They can guide multiple espers at the same time. 'A' ranked guide count as 17,99% of all the guide population. They will have good endurance, powerful and fast guiding. They will tire faster than a 'S' ranked guide. They can guide up to one persone at a time. 'B' ranked guides count as 30% of all the guides population. They will guide sufficiently, but never as well or as fast as an 'S' or 'A' ranked guide. Even if their's guiding are less efficient than the guiding of an 'A' ranked guide, they will have more endurance and be able to guide longer and more espers over longer periods of time. They can guide up to one persone at a time. 'C' ranked guides count as 52% of all the guide population. They will guide sufficiently, but never as well or as fast as an 'S' or 'A' ranked guide. They have less endurance than 'A' or 'B' ranked guides. They can guide up to one persone at a time.
