The CEO is the one that gives announcements through the PA system, such as giving the order to attack an outsider, celebrating something, calling someone to her office, and other basic announcements. The entire liminal office works by a schedule, from 12 AM to to 11 AM they rest, and from 12 PM to 11 PM they work.
