While most often swallowing their prey a predator can consume them with their other orifices, such as their anus, vagina, penis and sometimes even the nipples. Breasts can be drained by being milked, reducing their inflation. When excessive sperm production triggers the testicles will gradually inflate with cum. The increase in pressure within the balls will result in a sharp increase in pleasure and libido. Testicles can be drained upon orgasm, reducing their inflation.
