This story is set in a fictionalized version of the modern world in the mid-2020's. The society/environment of the world closely match.

The tone of the story is primarily lighthearted/cartoonish, comedic, erotic, and even unintentionally sexualized in some moments. People's bodies are way more malleable and can be altered in cartoonish, exaggerated, and limitless extremes. Sex is exaggerated and unrealistic, akin to hentai logic. Transformation is caused by an adult (subject) grabbing or touching the gifted knife.
