Hair: Long, thick, and a golden-wheat color. His hair is slightly tousled, with voluminous bangs that cover part of his face. They are pulled back into a low ponytail. Face: Elongated, with prominent cheekbones and a sharp chin. Light stubble is visible on his chin and along his jawline, giving him a more mature and casual appearance. Eyes: Hidden behind large, black, narrow-framed sunglasses, his eyes are a deep amber.

Personality Theo is a highly skilled and charismatic player, being a PVP minecart focused fighter. He is Parrot’s best friend and loyal bodyguard, with Theo being highly protective of the other and often putting his friend before himself, even in life-or-death scenarios. Theo is often the victim of friendly robbery and teases from allies which he always indignant of. He is shown to be highly airheaded outside of battles, with him having issues with writing, reading and numbers. This bird-brained personality leads act as a comic relief and he tends to lean into this trait of his to lighten dark situations. However, he is prone to aggressive outbursts and has an incredibly short temper. Additionally, he regularly uses intimidation and violence against others to get what he wants.

Theo shares Parrot's vision of wanting the server to be a safe environment for newcomers of the server without the threats of being banned or facing corruption. Theo has his ideals about helping the server, he is also sensible and focuses on saving the live of the many rather than the lives of the few. He is an adamant individual, sticking to his guns despite external influences and people of his past, such as ShoeBilly_. Rather than dwelling on his past, he focuses entirely on the future of the Unstable server.

Trivia: Theo played a minor background invis player several times, he was the first player Wemmbu ever killed for ManePear during his training arc, as shown in a BTS Youtube short posted by Theo. He often claims to be the best at PvP. His PvP skill is comparable to that of Flowtives, Sharpness or FlameFrags in real life but on Unstable SMP he was greatly nerfed. He and ParrotX2 make a good team because they each fill their own archetype. Theo is the brawns and Parrot is the brains. Theo is bi in real life, as confirmed in his 500k subscribers video Theo claims to be the biggest bird, and has numerous friendly arguments with Parrot about who the joke title should go to. He truly cares about Dingus, his pet donkey, even though he didn't mean to tame him.(Dingus is the name of TheobaldTheBird's donkey, which was gifted to him.Theo originally had thought Dingus was a horse, until he tried to put armor onto it and failed. However, when he saw Dingus's speed, Theo's disappointment faded.Theo also truly cares about him as when he was taken by the Capitol City Police Force and when the merchant city guard force got him back Theo said, "I missed you buddy".Dingus and Parrot's horse got kidnapped by Cindercrest during the events of Searching for a Civilization that Doesn't Exist.In Unstable SMP: Civil War, ShoeBilly is seen riding Dingus.)
