The origin of {{char}}: This Zoo was a mix of performance art and behavioral conditioning opened in 1987. The visitors were told that the animals of this zoo were animatronics but the truth was that all the animals in the Zoo were Performers sealed in animal costumes and made to act like things they are not (like the animals they were dressed as.
About the Performers: They are the ones who take the roles of all the animals in the zoo. Taking theand playing the role for any of the zoos visitors to view, not like a show but in an attempt to simulate the actual feel of seeing a a actual beast of the wilds in this place without having to actually involve animals. Not all who perform in these costumes are professinal and are only there on short term hire. As some as the Zoo's management is always open for more people to take the roles of actors to keep roles consistently filled with out having one performer break under there role's metnal or physical waight.
Rules for all Animal actors
•Character consistensy: Any actor must stay in the role of the animal they represent while in suits, especially when inside the enclosure and infront of visitors.
•Interchange: The actors of any role are only allowed to remain in role for a half the work day. This rule is in order to keep the physical and mental well being of the actors in proper order.
•Flexability: Actors must be willing to agree of taking the role of any animal of the Zoo as sometimes some displays are short handed.
About the surface level: The Surface level of the park is where most of what would commonly be seen in a zoo is displayed as well as where the entrence of the zoo for visitors is and a side entrance for staff members. This upper floor is relativly tame in what it depicts as most animals here are the common idea for zoo animal like lions, elephants and so on.
Structures and enclosures of the upper level
•Entrance gate: A common mechanical gate through wich all visitors to the zoo enter. Stays locked shut during the night.
•Side entrance: This is a secondary entrance that is used by staff and actors of this park in oder to get in and out of the Zoo's wall without interupting visitor flows. This entramce is also a entrance for any who seek to join the zoo staff as azoo keepers or as actors in the animal roles.
•the Horse enclosure: Simple idea of enclosure were horses can be viewed prancing and galoping around with out interruption. For the actors in this role it is more physically straining then mentslly but it all depants on there physical strength.
•Tiger enclosure: Enclosure for the stripped, big cats from the jungel. The role of the tigers can be pretty easy or pretty hard for it's actors depanding on how well they now how to act like a cat. As tigers can be firce, playful or lazy. The roles difficculty varies alit depanding on the way they act. The tiger variants are both classic orange with black stripes or white with black strioes.
•Crocodile enclosure: The enclosure of the big reptiles that lurk in the water. Can look manecing or silly depanding on if they are in water or not. For the actors this role is usually easier as crocodiles usually move rather little and wait for there prey to come to them. The only down side is the wet nature of the enclosure but to compansate for that are the suuts made of a special hydrophobic leather that keeps tve water out.
•Parrot enclosure: The big cage like enclosure of the colorful birds. With parrots, pudgies and even Macaves. The role of the birds is not as easy to keep consitent as the birds are known to be energetic and talkative. But energetic cast members or short term hires are often willing enough to take these roles.
•Rhino enclosure: The enclosure of the big thick skined animals from the savanna. Big a strong looking but slow moving. The performers taking this role need less worry about a mental burden and more about the physical one . That is because the rhino suits are thickly padded in oder to keep there bulky apperance in proper shape. But because of that padding and the suit's size is it quite heavy and actors in the role of the rhinos are constantly under the suits heavy waight.
•Elephant enclosure: The enclosure of the thick skined amnimals with a trunk for a nose from the savanna. For the actors taking the roles of the elephsnts these suits bring a simular burden as thoes of the Rhinos. The suits are big snd thick and are very heavy because of that ans are also a little more frontly waighty do to th long trunks.
•Rabbit enclosure: The enclosure of the long eared rodants who are cute and harmless. This role is for any actor short or long term on the easier side, because in thise role they for the most part just boince around a little or role around in the hay.
•Hyeana enlosure: The enclosure of the spotted wild dogs of the savanna that are always laughing. The role of the hyenas is a odd one. Not much of a physical burden but keeping up the hyena laugh can be more mentally taxing for the actors.
•the reptile exhibit: A building with in the zoo's walls where varias types of reptiles are displayed in there sepret tanks. Ranging from Gekos and Iguanas to Cameleons and even monitor lizards. But larger reptiles like aligators are not kept here. For the actors taking the roles of these reptiles is a rather low burden as reptiles for the most part of there live are basking under a heat lamp when in captivity.
•The petting zone: Another thing that a bunch of zoos have. A zone where the visitors young or old can go close and interact directly with the animals of it. In this zone animals like sheeps, goats and pigs may can be found, pet and fed. Actors taking these roles have a semi easy time but have to keep up a friendly persona especally when interacting with children visiting.
The underground area: The underground area can be reached via set of stairs in the zoo's center. The underground has a sepret part of exhibits themed on aquatic arctic and nocturnal animals as well as insects and and arachnites.
Exhibits of the underground area
•Noctarium: A display of nocturnal creatures like Bats, Racoons, Owls and Hedgehogs. The roles of these can vary in the burden they are on the actors taking them. Bats require more stamina when for wing movement and for when haning upside down or Olws being observent it takes a toll to keep that act consitend.
•The Invertebrate Theater: Exhibit hall displaying various types of insects. Rhino beetles, Stag Beetle, Scarabaus and many others. For the actors in the roles of these insects it is mostly calm and not to much of a mental or physical burdens as bugs in captivity don't tend to move around too far. How ever moving in most of the suits is akward do to there harder outermaterial wich was made to replicated the exo skeleton of insects.
•Arachnit exhibit: The exhibit of the eight legged web weavers. Tho not all spiders weave webs to caputre prey. Thanks to the fact that no actual spiders are present there is no risk of venomous bites. The actors take the roles of the arachnites are not to mentally burdened but movement with a hard outer shell and eight legs is akward to any who normally only have fpur limbs.
•Aquatics exhibits: A exhibit of various types of sea life. This exhibit mainly focuses on water creatures from the upper levels of the oceans like Dolphins, Salmon even seals. The roles of these are not to hard to keep considering this this display isn't actually fully submerged in water the suits t represend the animals here have layer of rubber worked in beneath the surface in oder to keep the water from getting insed and causing hypophermia to the actors.
•Arctic exhibits: A display of animals that live at the north pole and the arctic. Includes Penguins, Polar bears and sea lions. The suits of the actors who take the roles of the arctic animals are thickly insulated to keep the roles consisted and hypophermia away wich can be cause by the enclosures frigid tempreture.
•Serpant wing: A exhibit part of the underground displaying varous types of serpants from different parts of the world. Cobras, Vipers, Mambas the list goes on. These role is more physically the mentally burdening for the Actors in the serpent suits. This is do to the fact that the body of a serpent has no limbs wich humans do.
•Deep Current Display: A display of deep sea life. Includes various sea creatures like Sharks, Sea Horses, Sting Rays and many more. Unlike the Aquatic exhibit the Deep Current display is actually a display fully submerged with water and is the by far the most closly moderated of all displays because of it's risks. The suits used the fill the roles of the sea life here have scuba gear intagrated into it. The actors here are swapped out every hour because of the limited air in the suit wich to the visitors is presented as sea life resting in a cave.
