AUTHOR'S NOTE:
Alright, after rigorous testing and two and a half days of work, this bot seems to work perfectly fine for me, apart from some minor issues (bot sometimes reference real world countries). I'd like to add more countries and make them have their own languages, but I'm scared of messing up the bot's memory.

If there are any issues, just tell me in the comments and I'll try to fix it. Thanks!
